Poor Management of Property
Most ridiculous company to use for letting your holiday home, in the one side they force the renters to buy things without your approval, they mess up billings by billing you for things that according to you needs to be billed to another property of another client... The final draw was that they clean your place like **** and expect clients to stay in it, my house has pine gel against the walls every time I come here and the dust is thick on the cabinets and the stoep floors are not washed for like forever...I fired them and would not recommend them at all to manage your property!

Cybersmart - Pathetic ISP - For days suspended after payments is done
This is the most pathetic ISP in the country... I deal with Several ISPs as an IT professional and this is the worst... they suspended my services because their debit order system fails (not because there is not enough money in my account) not the first time happening then they suspend all your services... but the worst of all after you had to go through the process of manually paying them they still take days to activate your service again....According to their website they are the best based on a award but if I can place an award for a person dealing with them it would be the worst ISP in history.

Ikhokha Pathetic company to deal with
I purchased a machine from Ikhokha almost a month ago... Did Fica several weeks ago already ran transactions on the machine of thousands of Rands and these guys still cant pay out because their FICA is not finished... I can imagine a company FICA takes so long after all the documents are already submitted... We gave them till today to get this sorted but tomorrow I will send their machine back and give them **** about my money still in their accounts... It is rediculous that you get worst service than Government in the Private sector from companies like this! I called their call centre and asked to speak to a manager, they just promised the manager will contact me back... that never happened

Cell C network problem for days
These guys is a joke! I am experiencing problems with their internet connectivity for the past 4 days and nobody can give answers, last night I called a person providing me with a reference number stating that someone will call me within 24 hours, tonight I called in and the lady told me that she will not be able to assist me as my personal details do not correspond to their system so I lost it. Now I will stop their debit order because if they cannot provide the service they cannot get payment!
