This is now MY second Review as the first one, I was Told all has been sorted yet I just got a Call now from your outstanding balance collection department? Which says that my account is still active and it has not been flagged for Fraud? I sent through all the Necessary Documents and got the reference number EC-0C5W-1F2KW1 After this I was contacted and told that all has been sorted wit the Following Email Below : Hi Shaun My apologies for the delay, doctor booked me off for a few days and returned yesterday. I have followed up with our Fraud division and I can confirm the investigation is complete. Fraud has been confirmed on the account with case number ERM ********** . Our Legal team are currently reversing the said fraudulent contract and writing off the charges linked to it. Should you have any further queries, please feel free to call ********** 877 with your case number provided above. I tried to open a contract up at Game and they said I have already got a contract, I would like to Report that someone has used my Details to open an Cellphone contract without my Permission in Cape Town, I Reside in Port Elizabeth. Please Can someone remove this off my name before it becomes in arrears and effects my Credit Score. I have sent Multiple Emails to the Fraud Department with only one feedback . Stating : ***Good day We acknowledge the receipt of your Affidavit and ID to dispute a contract/s in your name. We will investigate further and give feedback within 7 - 14 working days.
