was ****med this company, they took my money never delivered the product ordered send me a screen shot of a proof of payment for my refund, **** about the refund, changed stories every single day about why the money is not reflecting, im opening a case of ***** against the company
Telkom free new boost has become ridiculously expensive, they are taking advantage of the consumers instead of reducing their price offering we now pay more for less that what it used to be before the so-called price change For R599 we used to get - 20GB data - 1500 all network minutes - 300 Telkom minutes - 25GB streaming data - 500mb whatsapp data - 100 sms Now for R689 we get way less than what we used to get and the pricing is much higher - 20GB data - 1500 Telkom minutes - 500 all network minutes - 4GB whatsapp data - 4GB lit streaming data - 300 SMS’s My concern is largely around the voice minutes for all network data, it’s a total rip off and Telkom needs to do something about it The whole purpose was to reduce the data costs not repackage your offering to rip off customers
