Great shopping experience.
Best online shop experience ever. I placed an order on Sunday evening and was notified by 06h30 Monday morning that my order was shipping with The Courier Guy. I received my order before 4pm on the same day. The clothes quality is awesome and my wife loves it.

Home-Connect Fibre
I applied for Fibre from Home-Connect after trying various other companies without success. Wow, what a difference. I was connected and up and running with my new connection and router in less than a week. I was also informed of the progress every step of the way. Home- Connect and their partners deserves more than 5 stars.

Parcel stuck in customs. No communication
<p>I have a parcel stuck at the Johannesburg International Mail Centre.</p> <p>The International tracking number is C****125196RU and the local number is II ********** 39ZA.</p> <p>The parcel went to customs on 27/01/2017.</p> <p>Ever since, I have been trying to find out if there is any more documentation needed for customs clearance.</p> <p>I have tried phoning without success every day. The phone never gets answered.</p> <p>I have sent emails to the JIMC customer service as well as the post office customer service.</p> <p>No emails have been answered.</p> <p>I think it is terrible to have a "customer service" department that just ignores all emails and calls.</p>
