<p>June 2016,i bought an Aquafresh 3way buzz toothbrush and it was faulty. immediately informed the company. following month,Nhlayiseko Mhlongo (LOC Consumer Complaints Handler) emailed me,apologizing for the delay and asked for my address as the company will send someone to collect. indeed a date was set but never respected. weeks later by luck and was at home when the courior guy came to collect.</p> <p>on the 31 october 2016,Brenda Khumalo ( Consumer Relations Specialist ),sent an email of aknowledgement of receiving my compalint,she also attached a document by Emile Locke (Quality Department ).</p> <p>i inturn required information on a way forward but was ignored.</p> <p>i purchased a faulty product and Aquafresh did not bother themselves to replace it,they were only happy to get their faulty product back to improve.</p> <p>i regret ever buying the product</p>
