I have been ordering fox air inhaler through Dischem pharmacy and for the last 4 months have not taken the prescribed medication, as every time I go to the pharmacy, they give me stock that lasts 4-6 months to expiry. I think for a big pharmaceutical company, that is some kind of daylight ******* to the customer, to give us stock that will expire soon. Thanks to you, and how you sick people cover up your failures in your factories and what happens to your workers.... Thanks to you, for how little you care for human life... Thanks to you, for being so inconsiderate for the person who worked for you and his family... Thanks to you my father is dead. "About us We are a science-led global healthcare company with a special purpose: to help people do more, feel better, live longer." - that is what GSKs global webpage says... Feel better... live longer? - not if you worked there and there was a formaldehyde spill. Glaxo SA should be ashamed for what they have put my family through for 26 years and for the pain and heartache that we now have with the unnecessary death of my father.

We bought Aquafresh a few months ago and since then my gums have been swelling and bleeding constantly. I did complain and they made me fill some forms which I sent back to them and they've never replied again.

Lucozade Orange used to be my favourite drink, and I had about 4-5 500ml units per week. I suddenly noticed a horrible, really horrible taste. After closer inspection I realised the Glucose content was reduced and Aspartame and Acesulfame potassium were added. You guys really stuffed up a great product. This "new" Lucozade Sweetner Sparkling Drink should be rebranded as Sweetnerzade, as sweetner is all you can taste.

<p>June 2016,i bought an Aquafresh 3way buzz toothbrush and it was faulty. immediately informed the company. following month,Nhlayiseko Mhlongo (LOC Consumer Complaints Handler) emailed me,apologizing for the delay and asked for my address as the company will send someone to collect. indeed a date was set but never respected. weeks later by luck and was at home when the courior guy came to collect.</p> <p>on the 31 october 2016,Brenda Khumalo ( Consumer Relations Specialist ),sent an email of aknowledgement of receiving my compalint,she also attached a document by Emile Locke (Quality Department ).</p> <p>i inturn required information on a way forward but was ignored.</p> <p>i purchased a faulty product and Aquafresh did not bother themselves to replace it,they were only happy to get their faulty product back to improve.</p> <p>i regret ever buying the product</p>

<p>I bought a tube of sensodyne toothpaste. I have been using Sensodyne for the last 5 years, when I applied it to my toothbrush it seemed to be too soft and ran out the tube . The next tube I bought did the same . After contacting GSK they collected the new tube to do testing .</p> <p>I did not hear back from them for about 4 weeks . I called them to find out what their findings were. They said they would get someone to contact me . No one called . About 2 weeks later I called again , still no answer . On the 3rd occasion I called I was told that there was no problem with the toothpaste .</p> <p> </p> <p>In frustation I told them to return the toothpaste , but I was told they would send a new one as it had been handled by them . It has now been almost 3 weeks and still no toothpaste.</p> <p> </p> <p>In my opinion toothpaste should not run out the tube without sqeezing it and with the bad after sale service I will not use sensodyne toothpaste again</p>
