They are totally incompetent. The lady who works for had life insurance on her son. He was ******ed. She delivered all documents requested to Standard bank Fourways’s Crossing almost 4 weeks ago and has still not been paid out. I have contacted bank myself at least 6 or 7 times with no result. The policy states a 24hr pay out. This is disgusting
<p>I bought a tube of sensodyne toothpaste. I have been using Sensodyne for the last 5 years, when I applied it to my toothbrush it seemed to be too soft and ran out the tube . The next tube I bought did the same . After contacting GSK they collected the new tube to do testing .</p> <p>I did not hear back from them for about 4 weeks . I called them to find out what their findings were. They said they would get someone to contact me . No one called . About 2 weeks later I called again , still no answer . On the 3rd occasion I called I was told that there was no problem with the toothpaste .</p> <p> </p> <p>In frustation I told them to return the toothpaste , but I was told they would send a new one as it had been handled by them . It has now been almost 3 weeks and still no toothpaste.</p> <p> </p> <p>In my opinion toothpaste should not run out the tube without sqeezing it and with the bad after sale service I will not use sensodyne toothpaste again</p>
