Thanks to you, and how you sick people cover up your failures in your factories and what happens to your workers.... Thanks to you, for how little you care for human life... Thanks to you, for being so inconsiderate for the person who worked for you and his family... Thanks to you my father is dead. "About us We are a science-led global healthcare company with a special purpose: to help people do more, feel better, live longer." - that is what GSKs global webpage says... Feel better... live longer? - not if you worked there and there was a formaldehyde spill. Glaxo SA should be ashamed for what they have put my family through for 26 years and for the pain and heartache that we now have with the unnecessary death of my father.

At this point I am actually not even sure where I need to begin... Before the lockdown ( a week before ) my brother purchased his first vehicle from them. Lockdown hit and then ofcourse everything just stopped. A month or so later I get a message from my brother stating that the sales rep had told him that there was a problem as the vehicle was some how registered under my name - now please explain when #1: I didn't sign any papers and you don't have my ID. A day or so later she had it sorted out - HAHA - What a joke that turns out to be. End of May when the post offices open I go to renew MY cars license disc, AND GUESS WHAT?! I can't, so how, my vehicle licence location has been changed to Witbank/Middleburg. When contacting Eastvaal Motors they first denied any of this, saying it is not possible. After contacting the sales rep a few times, she ends up admitting they when they some how manged to register my brothers vehicle in my name, they also used the incorrect address, which then ends up changing the details to all my vehicles. It took me nearly 2 months to get East Vaal Motors to sort out the major problem that they caused for me. But even though I have voice recordings of the sales lady, admitting to their mistake, they deny it all over the phone. I am now sitting now only very a expired license disc, but a lovely fine for it being so late! Now I personally feel I am not responsible for the utter mess that Eastvaal Motors created for me, and that not only should they pay for my new license disc but as well as the fines for late submission... they funny enough don't seem to agree. I wouldn't recommend them to a single person at all! Very unimpressed with the company.
Remax – Bushveld – Bela Bela When buying my property in Bela Bela – 8 Geelhout Street Bo****rt Bela Bela. Things were not disclosed about the house to myself. I was told the electrical, swimming pool & borehole were in working order and the carpets were in good condition. When I went to see the house: 1) The furniture was placed over the damaged areas of the carpets and was not disclosed to me. 2) The pool was milky and when I moved it it was green. I was told because of the lightening but I found out later the pool pump was broken, the sand was not replaced and the creepy was not working and years old. Cost in repairs R8000.00. and when the pool started clearing we notice 2 cracks across the pool. 3) The COC certificate for the electrical was not legal as the electrician was a sub-contractor. When getting hold of Loua Boshoff to get hold of the electrician to check up on the COC certificate Elma the agent told me that he was a friend of the owner of the house. Up till now I still don’t know who the electrician was that signed off the COC certificate. I had to get an independent electrician in to have a look and he condemned the electrical work in the house. 4) When we went to go use the eye level oven in the kitchen it blew up as the wires were melted together. 5) The Boerhole was supposed to be in working condition. When I went to go switch the borehole on the water sprays into the air. I got one of the borehole specialist in and he said it is not in acceptable working condition. In conclusion when trying to speak to Remax Head Office as I was not getting any assistance from the Remax Bushveld, I still have had no response on this situation.
I don't even know where to begin. We pay so much money for our medical aids and for private hospitals, and what do we end up getting?? Terrible patient care! My father is a very sickly man, and I understand very well that he isn't one of the worlds most easiest patients to have. But as a doctor and a nurse, it is your duty to take care of those who are in need. That is the oath that they have taken. Saturday the 9th of September, an ambulance was requested for my father... it is no more than a 10 minute drive ( and that can even be pushing it ) from the Netcare Montana hospital, to where he was... it took them nearly 30 minutes to get there. But that is another issue on its own. My main problem is with the M.I.C.U and the staff. I am so shocked to see how that ward is being managed! First of all, the nurse: Lindi Khumalo, a registered nurse from Nursetec, didn't know anything about the medication that my father was on! My mother and I had to take out each tablet and let her know what it was... I mean really??? Secondly, it is now Monday evening, they have not bathed, let along giving my father a bed bath since he has arrived. He is a man who has had a major stroke and can't walk... So it is certainly not like he can get up and go and take a shower! How can any nurse, just leave a patient like that? But of of course, it doesn't end there... My father ended up having an accident, it took about 15 minutes of my mother and I trying to get him unplugged and up, before the nurse came to "help" us get him to the toilet. Even though it took her as long as it did, we were still grateful have some sort of help. The problem comes in, where she then just leaves him in the toilet alone! A man who has partial paralysis from his stroke...is left unattended. I was absolutely beyond shocked! Another thing, that I found very disturbing is that they have no idea about patient safety. If a patient is in a isolated ward, there are precautions that are meant to be taken! Hands are supposed to washed, gloves, masks and aprons are supposed to be worn, and the door always kept closed. Not once did I see a nurse was their hands, but then had no problem moaning at visiting family members for not doing it. Doors are left open, masks are not being used... This is how our family members end up getting hospital acquired infections! Now for me, if you become a nurse or a doctor, it is because your drive in life is to help those in need... I have not seen this at all! What scares me even more, is that I would rather have my father go to Sunward Park Hospital, than where he is now. I understand that they all work long hard hours, but that is no excuse for what they are doing. If this is what they are doing to our loved ones while we are around, it scares me to think what could be going on when we are not there! I am truly disgusted with the service, manners of the staff as well as the patient care at the hospital!
