My acc no. is btr770. We opted to move our fibre line to our new residence. The whole process is an absolute mess. Our new line is metrofibre, with webafrica being our ISP. Our old line with frogfoot hasn't been cancelled on webafrica's side, thus prohibiting the new home owners from getting fibre. Metrofibre is already live at our new residence, but webafrica still states its in pre order stages. I have been trying to contact a provisioning agent at webafrica for the last 26hours, but still waiting. Will definitely not recommend webafrica anymore. I would rather cancel and just go straight with metrofibre.
Lucozade Orange used to be my favourite drink, and I had about 4-5 500ml units per week. I suddenly noticed a horrible, really horrible taste. After closer inspection I realised the Glucose content was reduced and Aspartame and Acesulfame potassium were added. You guys really stuffed up a great product. This "new" Lucozade Sweetner Sparkling Drink should be rebranded as Sweetnerzade, as sweetner is all you can taste.
<p>What is the use of your double the difference policy if your staff don't enforce it? Today was the second time that the supervisor of PnP New Redruth, Nomvuso, hasn't followed PnP's Policy. I had to call her back and ask her what about your price policy, after she subtracted the difference between the scanned price and shelf price and walked off. Only then did she say and I quote: " I will call the manager, ha ha sorry ". What is the use of your double the difference policy if a supervisor has this "don't care" attitude? I thought that Customer service is PnP's top priority? If I hadn't mentioned it she wouldn't have given me Double the difference. Just to compare, at Woolworths New Redruth, I once bought a product with a scan/shelf difference and the LADY WORKING THE TILL explained to me their policy, I never knew they had one, and immediately called the manager to rectify the problem according to their policy. </p>
