Bad attitude/bad customer service I went to buy my lunch as I was at the Southgate mall Nandos, People were talking about the special that they had so I decided to try it. I got my food was eating and wanted to order the 2nd special for my child. the waiter was delivering food to the table next to me I asked him to place another order for me. he went to the tills and came back and said he was told that I come place this order myself at the tills! I was stunned as this has never happened to me at Nandos before whenever you need extras like rolls etc they bring it to you with the receipt then you pay. I left my food unattended and went to ask what was happening as I was still eating, the lady next to me said the special might be over for the day Phindile the manager there said they don't take orders on the tables as money might not get to the till! I told her that I had cash with me and had given it to the waiter to pay. She then said those are the rules here ,I asked how come as all branches that I have been to operate that was she said if I have a problem she put the business card on the table and said I should call the customer service! now thats unacceptable that the manager has BAD ATTITUDE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHOCKING INDEED! WHAT IS HE TEACHING HER STAFF. I paid and sat down after eating my order was not delivered at my table I had to ask the waiter if I should go again to collect? he brought it but the cold drink wasn't there???HOW SUPRISING , I'M ANGRY AND WILL SHARE THIS WILL ALL SOCIAL MEDIAS!!!!
I bought a meal (Special )ordered sit in. When I got my order I decided to order for my child. I requested for an extra special from the waiter.he went to put in my order as they normally do at other Nandos. When you need an extras e.g. roll they bring it to your table. He came back and said Phindile(Manager) says I should come order at the tills even though there was no queue and was still busy eating.I stood up left my food unattended to go and place an order and asked why was I treated so poorly she said every Nandos has their rules. Here they don't take orders on tables because money might not get to the till but I had cash to give to the waiter. If Phindile is not reprimanded this shop will loose customers as the other supervisor said it's fine the waiter can take the order Phindile said she won't allow it. Nb I was sitting close to the till and I wasn't disturbing the queue. I said I will not order there anymore she didnt care I gurs2it's Not her shop.BAD SERVICE.BAD ATTITUDE AT NANDOS SOUTHGATE!
