Its always been nice to go to. But lately its really been filthy. We went for some milkshakes and sat outside. The seating area was full of litter blowing around over our feet. Not child friendly with all the litter. Even in the restaurant itself were papers laying over the floor. Not impressed at all. Standards have declined. The waitress wasn't very friendly either. Not a great experience at all.

What a **** KFC, never will i support this place. Coldrinks not even full and the order is so ****ing small. Talking about false adverti*****t. Then KFC still have the audacity to ask for R2.00 donation. **** KFC with them false adverti*****ts 😡😡😡😡😡

Nanaga is a great stop to refuel and refresh! However today Thanks to Nicolette for her amazing professionalism and kindness. She is so friendly! Went out of her way to pack my things nicely since I was travelling to Jozi. She made my day!

I went to buy my lunch as I was at the Southgate mall Nandos, People were talking about the special that they had so I decided to try it. I got my food was eating and wanted to order the 2nd special for my child. the waiter was delivering food to the table next to me I asked him to place another order for me. he went to the tills and came back and said he was told that I come place this order myself at the tills! I was stunned as this has never happened to me at Nandos before whenever you need extras like rolls etc they bring it to you with the receipt then you pay. I left my food unattended and went to ask what was happening as I was still eating, the lady next to me said the special might be over for the day Phindile the manager there said they don't take orders on the tables as money might not get to the till! I told her that I had cash with me and had given it to the waiter to pay. She then said those are the rules here ,I asked how come as all branches that I have been to operate that was she said if I have a problem she put the business card on the table and said I should call the customer service! now thats unacceptable that the manager has BAD ATTITUDE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHOCKING INDEED! WHAT IS HE TEACHING HER STAFF. I paid and sat down after eating my order was not delivered at my table I had to ask the waiter if I should go again to collect? he brought it but the cold drink wasn't there???HOW SUPRISING , I'M ANGRY AND WILL SHARE THIS WILL ALL SOCIAL MEDIAS!!!!

<p>On Saturday the 13th of May I took guests to see what a true top-class South African farmstall looks like.</p> <p>We were served wine without glasses, and on asking for glasses to enjoy the wine, we were informed that there were not any. They were "broke", said the hostess!</p> <p>Hopefully that will not happen the business!</p>
