Been waiting for more an 2 hrs to get medication authorized that was sent to me this morning already: but at collection at the pharmacy the medication is not on formulary, the pharmacy has never heard of the meds and it does not go through so I’m waiting holding on the line over and over to get it approved! Telehealth is a nightmare. The pharmacy is almost closing
I called in for assistance and spoke to Refilwe to have a debit order reversed on my account that had already gone off on the 16th May. I was debited on the 24th May again. She assured me it would be done and the fees incurred will also be reversed. The fees was reversed but not the debit order of the 24th May. On the 31st I was debited again by Standard Bank, this time when I called I spoke to a guy and then his team leader who then made me out to be a bad payer and said they need to check that my account was up to date! Why the hell can’t one just receive good service! And still the money has not been reversed! It’s for this reason I left FNB clearly I need to leave Standard bank now too!

I placed an online order on Saturday for delivery on Tuesday because I couldn’t get the items I wanted on the app. I eventually got some of my items at almost 9pm on Tuesday. After checking the items a little later than the delivery I realized 18 items were not delivered. I called the driver immediately and he wanted to come back to confirm what was not delivered. He called me on Wednesday morning and I confirmed the items that was not delivered and he confirmed it since he did not give me the invoice and was not given a cooler bag. He advised it would be delivered today. It is 8:41pm now and I am still waiting! What atrocious service! I will never order from Pick n Pay again and stick to Checkers instead! Even your Twitter social media management promised to sort it out and not even a call from anyone today. I had to do the calling again and was told it’s on its way. Do you only have 1 delivery vehicle?
The worst service ever! Don’t even bother expect professionalism here, nil to no communication from their side! From the salesman to the Dealer Principal. They don’t care about the client at all! They have *****ed a happy experience into the worst ever!
I went to collect money, the notice says don’t need an ID to collect. I question the cashier Tebogo at Neighbourhood Checkers. She cannot answer she calls her manager, she makes up some stupid story about money trf from Standard bank! What rubbish! After that she stop talking to me and walks away😡
What a waste of time! Trying to get a pre surgery Covid test done today at Linksfield Netcare. Only to be told by Refiloe Mathipe from Ampath that the hospital doesn’t allow her to do a patients test if the admission is not for that hospital! What rubbish! Now I’m inconvenienced because my sons op is at Fourways but I live closest to Linksfield?
I normally buy cut up already prepared spinach and kale from the Greenstone branch. Last week Saturday I rush into buy 8 trays of Spinach and 4 trays of Kale and Granny Smith Apples. They don’t have stock but they have fresh veg. I immediately take the goods and go to the counter so I can have it cut up. On arriving there the lady behind the counter tells me she won’t cut up the veg. She and another lady is busy cleaning while the store only closes 2 hours later. I ask her why not, she says because I must order 24hours before the time and she can only cut up 3 products. The notice she shows me tells me about the 24hours but don’t stipulate quantities at all. I also say to her I understand how an order works, it would be to not keep up the other customers or that the customer don’t want to wait when they get there. In my case I was willing to wait. Anyway, she’s adamant she not cutting up the goods for me. I ask to speak to her supervisor who comes and tells me the exact same thing. I ask to speak to the manager who comes and is so rude I was disgusted at how he treated me. Once again stating their case and then tells me I will pay the 25% cutting fee which I didn’t have a problem with in the 1st place to pay. I was paying for the service. He then goes on to say that he will never allow this again. What a slap in the face for a customer! He was a real bully. Taking the side of his staff over the convenience for a client! I was evening will to pay double the cost because I needed the goods urgently. I just told him I won’t ever go back to the store and he just accepted it. Absolutely shocking service! In the interim I also had to buy the apples which cost me R10 for 2. When I get home I cut open the apples which is so horrible inside! Wasted so much money. I bought R200 worth of apples and have 10 I couldn’t use at all! Be careful you big companies that grow so bug they forget the little people in the process.
Nanaga is a great stop to refuel and refresh! However today Thanks to Nicolette for her amazing professionalism and kindness. She is so friendly! Went out of her way to pack my things nicely since I was travelling to Jozi. She made my day!
