Use to stop here since it WAS the best place to stop on my way to work and even in my off time . Due to the attitude of the cashier refusing to open the door or even greet me never mind just telling me the shop is closed (closed for some reason at 05:15) i WONT be supporting them in this lifetime again
<p>On 06/02 my airtime and data went missing and after struggling for more that an hour (security questions and being transferred to a dead line) theytold me to hold for the relevant line again and again it was a dead line and again had to hold the costumer care line for another 10 mins just to get nowhere. The 1st costumer service agent gave me the selution to send a PCM to the account owner for security question's. Really?!?!</p> <p> </p> <p>So basically they told me that my data was depleted and it went over to my airtime (R260 and 250mb missing) and the fact that I never got a notification that my data was missing (the vodacom system is having a problem sending sms notifications) that it was simply not thier problem and sorry they can't help me.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I would then prefer that you mover to a network that is up to date and actually care about costumers also </p>
