I bought the couch on the 31 of May 2024. I had to wait 20 working days to get the couch and when the couch was delivered it was something I didn’t want. I guess me and the sales person didn’t understand each other. Based on the misunderstanding I had to pay R850 for delivery. I paid it, they told me that the couch will be delivered on 06/08/2024 now they telling me that they can’t deliver the couch because they had a miscommunication with the production team. Now I want the R850 and my couch. Their service sucks.
<p>Few weeks ago we bought couches at EuroFurn Mall of the North, we told them to wait we will tell them when they must deliver, so today we went to the store only to find out that they moved to landros mare in polokwane, we wanted to tell them we actually want a refund they told us they going to deduct 10% from the total amount of couches! I mean for what cause we never took the couches home, they told us is company policy! I would have understood if we actually took the couches home but we didn't! A</p>
