Very happy with product and the staff. Excellent experience overall.
I recently bought a Sofa by Zorora Sofas, in Woodstock,Western Cape.and couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. The product itself is excellent quality, and I'm extremely pleased with it. I was kept updated throughout the entire delivery process, and the delivery team were very helpful when bringing the sofa into my home. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a Sofa by Zorora Sofas, in Woodstock,Western Cape.and couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. The product itself is excellent quality, and I'm extremely pleased with it. I was kept updated throughout the entire delivery process, and the delivery team were very helpful when bringing the sofa into my home. Highly recommended.

Started out not ideal, but ended on a high
My original review months back had been a 1 star as we weren’t happy with the performance of their most expensive Fibreguard material on our R40k couches after only a few months. It showed extreme pilling and the stain cleaning wasn’t as advertised. Upon learning this Zorora contacted us and wanted to make it right. After muc conversation where they listened, answered questions and made suggestions, they ended up remaking our couches in a different Hertex material not even listed on their site. Sent us handpicked material swatches via courier. The reason for it not being their own material is because their usual range didn’t have the same colour as the original ones we ordered. We received top class treatment from start to finish and ended with the most beautiful remade couches. So far we believe the material is superior. Not sure about the stain resistance yet but I know the performance test for the pilling is better. It was mentioned that they are reconsidering the fibreguard because of bad feedback from customers. During the process every single question was answered and concern addressed. It remains to be seen whether the material performance will live up to the expectation but so far so good. We didn’t pay a sent on anything, which we thank Zororo for wholeheartedly as we are currently saving up for twin babies who are on the way. The only reason I am giving this round 4 stars and not 5 stars is because of the first part of the journey as it wasn’t an ideal experience. It wouldn’t be fair to the reviewers if that part wasn’t mentioned, but I can say they do really care about the performance of their products and about the customer satisfaction and would go all out to show it. Thank you again Zorora sofas.

Happy customer with Zorora Love seat sofa
I bought the 'Love seat' & its Ottoman from Zorora Sofas In Kramerville. The sofa is the size of a 2 seater, & it's absolutely stunning. My lounge is not that big so this Love seat, plus an occasional chair fills up the sitting area of my Lounge, & makes my lounge looks absolutely stunning. The Ottoman is quite large, & it can also be used as a coffee table, & it is very sturdy. The Zorora Sofas are quite unique & different from normal sofas, & everyone who came to visit me has asked where i bought it from, as it's very unique & absolutely stunning. The Loveseat invites & eminates a calm & relaxed look & feel to my house & lounge, making it a serene & sacred place to come relax after a long day. I would like to personally Thembi, she was absolutely amazing, she genuinely cares for her customers & I definitely it in my many interactions with her. I also returned the slip cover as the colour did not suite my Lounge colour theme at all, & Thembi played an instrumental role in speaking to management & head office many times on my behalf to ensure the refund was processed. She really went the extra 10 miles for me, for that I really appreciate. You don't see such great customer service & care these days in this country. Thanks to Thembi & DK too who assisted her.

I bought the couch on the 31 of May 2024. I had to wait 20 working days to get the couch and when the couch was delivered it was something I didn’t want. I guess me and the sales person didn’t understand each other. Based on the misunderstanding I had to pay R850 for delivery. I paid it, they told me that the couch will be delivered on 06/08/2024 now they telling me that they can’t deliver the couch because they had a miscommunication with the production team. Now I want the R850 and my couch. Their service sucks.

Disappointed with Quality After Less Than a Year
We were thrilled when we first got these couches because they looked so stunning and functional with the modular system. We were also excited about the Fibreguard material. Unfortunately, after less than a year, we have been quite disappointed. First, the fabric started pilling, which made the couches look terrible. I've never had a couch from any price range do this. I found out that pilling wasn't covered by the warranty and was considered 'normal,' so we waited for it to improve, but it only got worse. The fabric has aged poorly, despite being kept in good indoor conditions. Additionally, the structure of the couches has deteriorated, with noticeable sagging and loss of shape. Recently, I discovered that the fabric has begun to pull apart in some areas. I'm genuinely disappointed. I'm not sure if our set was defective or if this is a common issue, but I expected much better quality.

Great service and products overall
I've ordered from Zorora for multiple bulk orders over the last year - they have gone above and beyond to assist me, and have always maintained good communication surrounding quotes, lead times and deliveries. Their Zola range is my firm favourite so far, and their quality has been amazing.

Great service and products overall
I've ordered from Zorora for multiple bulk orders over the last year - they have gone above and beyond to assist me, and have always maintained good communication surrounding quotes, lead times and deliveries. Their Zola range is my firm favourite so far, and their quality has been amazing.

BAD SERVICE AND DELIVERY
I am giving one star as hellopeter does not allow me to give nothing. I bought couches from Zorora after seeing various adds and reasonable prices, I was told that they will make contact with me prior to delivering the couches which never happened, 30 min before City Logistics 3rd party delivery service needs to deliver I get a call saying they will be there in 30min I must please be ready, made arrangements and got the couch delivered, when I opened the couches they were soaking wet, advised Zorora about this and they said they would get back to me. That same evening I went to check my cameras and noticed that they delivered the couches on an open bakkie with no tarpaulin on and about 10 other pieces on piled on top of each other, that obviously explained how it got wet. Zorora then did not come back to me as promised and after contacting them again they advised they will replace the couch and have a new one delivered to me after it has been manufactured. About a month later, again the courier contacts me the day of delivered (Luckily the morning already for delivery the afternoon) around 16h00 the courier shows up and again, on the back of a bakkie with no tarpaulin on after delivering at 6 other places, driving dirt roads stacking the cargo on top of the couches, upon opening the couches last night they are dirty and full of dust. Their product might be good (Wont really know as we are not using the couches) but their judgement on transport is bad, making them look very bad. Whole experience is just not pleasant, rather support other guys that is proud of their work.
