I recently bought a Sofa by Zorora Sofas, in Woodstock,Western Cape.and couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. The product itself is excellent quality, and I'm extremely pleased with it. I was kept updated throughout the entire delivery process, and the delivery team were very helpful when bringing the sofa into my home. Highly recommended.
I can honestly recommend Hollard to the public when it comes to taking out cell phone insurance. Their consultants is efficient and when making a claim the turn around time is immediate. The only requirements is that you must provide the following, case number, otc and imei number's. Compared to companies like Vodacom where you have to fill in to much paper work and at the end get told that according to their system the wrong device is installed. I mean really whose fault is that if the wrong information is captured 🤔
I am totally disgusted with Vodacom. I have purchased my son a cell phone on contract from the Pinelands branch. The sales lady done a Sim swap to his previous number as he wished to retain all his what's app contacts. I queried with her would we still be able to qualify for the insurance as I have taken out comprehensive insurance on his device. She assured me that we will be covered as I had to fill in forms to transfer his number. I then claimed the contract number for myself so that I can utilize the monthly benefits that is data and airtime. The phone was purchased the beginning of April 2022. When I received my first invoice I have noticed I haven't been billed for the insurance. I contacted Bonita at Vodacom she then reapp**** for the insurance. Since then my account has been debited by vodacom as per my statement and invoice I have never skipped a payment. My son's phone was ****** and when I tried to claim from the insurance Vodacom is telling me that my insurance has lasped therefore I cannot claim. I have sent them all the relevant documents my 3 month bank statement. The invoice with the amount of R124. 78 reflecting for comprehensive insurance. I have been in contact with Colleen from the Tyger Valley who told me there is nothing they can do as the onus is on the client to pay Finrite. I then asked her if I receive one invoice from vodacom who debits my account monthly why are they not paying the third party Finrite their share. Why am paying for service's not rendered who benefits from the monthly payment. Colleen refers me to contact the customer care service on the 0821958 clearly a waste of time trying to get them to answer my questions.
I have been assisted by one of their consultants Izelle van Der Poll. She has been an exceptional help by providing excellent service. She has gone beyond her call of duty to sort out my complaint by keeping me informed and at last resolving the request.
