I was moving house so I wanted to change the adress of my fibre with Imagine IPS. They advised me I need to cancel and then move the contract to the new house and gave me forms to fill in. I filled in the forms, sent them and then days later I received a notification that the ticket was closed!! this annoyed me as their response time is super slow and they never call to explain or give you feedback, you have to go into the closed ticket. I decided then and there I needed to change service providers as I needed to sort the fibre line out asap so that I could get my fibre up and running when I move in, that I didnt have time for this nonsense. By the time I gave notice it was half way through the month but I already advised them I was moving in the beginning of the month and their lack of service caused me to move. They then came back and said they will still charge me, that I am lucky as Vuma has changed their cancellation fees to r3500 but they will only charge me for a month, FIRSTLY, I NEVER SIGNED any agreement for R3500 cancellation fees, YOU CANNOT tell me that I am lucky..
When you purchase online, you dont get a notification to say your order has been placed. When you enquire later, Bradley makes some excuse that the part is not available. He then says he will refund you, you give him banking details and you dont get a refund. I placed my order in the first week of March, its more than a month later and I dont have a part or my money back. He ignores all whatsapp messages, phone calls, etc. I have laid a case of fraud and online fraud against him at the Douglasdale police station and they have sent the case to cyber crimes since his business is online.
I've tried to cancel 2 of my numbers. I got a quote to settle them, I signed them and sent to vodacom to confirm I accept, they have no banking details on.. It's a month later after signing and I still have the contract and everytime I ask vodacom to cancel they ignore me and keep sending me authenticarion emails. I got an email to say my case was resolved and closed but it's not been resolved. Its so hard to cancel this.. Contract ends December, I now want vodacom to cancel this free of charge as the amou t of time I have spent trying to fight them to close this has been a mission.. They are extremely quick to sign you on. Don't be fooled how hard it will be to cancel
I opened up a business account and ordered a card with FNB. It took me a while to get to get the card because each time I went to the bank there were huge que's outside the door of the bank. Eventually one day I managed to just get away, I sat for just over an hour and when I finally got to the counter to ask for the card, they said the card was cancelled. They charged me R120 for the cancelled card. I asked for a new card and ordered this online. I was told that I would be contacted for delivery of the card, I was never contacted so 2 weeks later I called and eventually I got contacted from Takealot for my card, they said they would deliver on the Friday, I never received my card. When I followed up again, I was told Friday again and guess what, still no card. I advised I wanted my R120 refunded as I didnt cancel my card or lose it, I also just wanted the card to be delivered to me. Its been months Now and I dont have my card. I have told FNB I will go to anther bank as a personal customer and also take the business account over to another bank as well. They dont care!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN OPENING AN FNB ACCOUNT, THEY DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS CLEARLY
I bought a 6 pack of parmalat milk only to open the first bottle and have milk pour out that looked like water and off with chunks. I opened anothe and another and they are all the same. And they should only expire in 2020.I wrote to parmalat but they ignored my email submission on their website.
<p>Every week I make the mistake to sit outside at the new Woolworths restaurant at Cedar square. I wait around 10 minutes for a waitress to come outside to bring me a menu and ask what I want. Sometimes some of the waitresses inside make eye contact, look straight at me but don't bother to come to the outside area.. the manager comes to say sorry and that he will always have a waitress outside but that has yet to happen. The service is terrible</p>
<p>My partnerwent shopping at Northgate shopping centre on the 29th of July (Saturday) . she ended up buying a 13k cellphone from VODACOM NORTHGATE.. Firstly she doesnt really have the money for this phone and secondly she thought she was doing a nice gesture for me by purchasing me a present. When she bought it home, I told her I didnt want it, especially that it was 13k. Its not worth that money. She immediately called vodacom to return the phone but they said she must come in on Sunday as they were going to close the store. She returned to the shop on Sunday 30 July with teh phone and RECEIPT.. She was caught up in the moment by buying the phone and I think after she realised it was not worth 13k and i didnt want it she felt sick.. Anyway she returned to the shop where the manager BRANDON NEIL said that it will take 7 days for them to send it away and check it and then we woudl get our refund. then he changed his mind and said he wont refund the phone.. He had a I DONT CARE ATTITUDE towards my partner. The Phone was not used and is still in the box. Even though the seal is opened because how else would I get to see the phone?? Vodacom can send the phone away to get checked, its 100% unused and in its original condition. As mentioned my partner wanted to return the phone the same day.. We are both unhappy with the level of service from vodacom..13k for a phone is ALOT OF MONEY</p>
<p>I posted a complaint 5 days ago on hello peter. I requested that a MANAGER give me a call. I only got an automated response saying a CONSULTANT will call me back.. A consultant called and I asked for them to get a manager to call me back.. Its 5 days later and no MANAGEMENT CALL. so I have cancelled one of my contracts as PROMISED.. I have one more contract which I am working on cancelling too.</p>
<p>I have had such problems with Vodacom since November last year and now they still have not sorted out all the issues. I have people that call me and ask me the story and then log the call only to have no one call me back or no one help me..</p> <p>I am so frustrated and I cannot wait for my contract to end in April as I WILL BE MOVING over to TELKOM.. Telkom let you top up and you get double the airtime.. they also include data.</p> <p>With Vodacom they have to refund me for my handset and data that was debited from my account because someone didn’t load my data onto my package when I did a migrate and I ended up being billed R600 extra, Vodacom said they would refund this and so far I am still fighting this oh and my data has still not been loaded. I will get a message on this forum that will say that someone will be in contact with me but I guarantee I will tell them the story for the millionth time and they will log a call and still no fixing of the problem. I want to speak to someone in MANAGEMENT who CAN help, not a supervisor or consultant who all promise to help and I am sitting now 3 months down the line with problems.</p>
