Professional company. Excellent service and after-sales follow up and reassurance
They do a great job and then follow up queries or concerns promptly and without any song and dance. They know their game and the quality of the work is excellent. I had concerns about delamination, but they came out early the next day, checked everything and showed me the problem was with calcification due to inadequate acid.

Old-fashioned honesty and great service.
Great, prompt and honest service. My son dropped his iPhone into water and it was faulty. They opened it up, dried it out, tested it, re-loaded the OS and said it was ready. No sly attempts to convince me something needed to be replaced at an exorbitant cost. Just good, old-fashioned service. I highly recommend Sanjay and Michael at Cresta WeFix.

Prompt and responsive
Very helpful and responsive when I needed a reinstallation done. Call centre personnel friendly and prompt (especially one Timmy Mathebula). I'm very happy with the quality of the work done. Scheduling people could do better by calling back when they promised to do so.

Prompt and friendly
Needed assistance with fibre cable chewed off by my dogs (twice!). They were prompt and friendly as well as helpful in sorting the problem out. Even came out on the weekend. Thanks++
