Incredible Evening
<p>Just a big thank you to Panchos and their staff. Went thier for my birthday.....food was amazing, staff were incredible and the mangeress/hostess was absolutely fantastic. Can recommend it to everyone of all ages.</p>

Useless Staff
<p>I've been putting this off for probably a year and a half cause I'm not one of those people who just complain about anything. But today took my last bit of patience. I work in retail and I am utterly disgusted in the service that Pick 'n Pay Plattekloof staff are offering to clients on a daily basis. If they not blatently ignoring you while speaking to them, or taking their own time just to frustrate you a little bit more then they're literally just sitting around being completely useless. I am shocked in the drop in service since the change of head managers. Before this store was running at tip top shape and since the head manager was relocated and another employed everything has gone downhill. The worst is the staff don't have any incentive to help clients and why would they when their superiors, especially all the front store managers are the rudest, unfriendliest and most unhelpful people I have come across in my life. Something needs to be done. I have spoken to so many clients who are opting to go to the spar up the road or the checkers in burghundy for this exact same reason. Sort your staff out pick n pay or close your doors!</p>
