Towards the end of January I ran out of money on my A Re Yeng card. I've been inquiring when the new card system will be up and running for weeks before this, and never got a date from any of the personnel. So when I had to reload I reloaded R350, in order to get the best value for money. I was NOT warned that the new card system will be coming online and that I won't be able to transfer my funds!

In February I got the announcement that the new cards will be coming online. However, first I had to deal with a bus strike, then I had to go away for a few days, and now we are heading into a number of public holidays. The result is that I will have a high amount of money left on my card by 31 March.

I've tried to contact A Re Yeng about this, but haven't gotten a response. I've tried escalating this within the Tshwane municipality, but in spite of a promise that someone responsible will attend, I haven't gotten a response either.
Dear Sanral. I actually pay e-tolls. I registered before it was even running. I just updated my credit card on your website. The R1.00 payment went off. But now you tell me that my card is hot listed and you're forcing me to come in to an e-toll shop.
Please find a way to resolve this, and at least call me and explain why I need to come in after the R1.00 confirmation payment already went off. The one-liner answer I constantly get which just repeatedly tell me to come to an e-toll shop is simply not acceptable when I've complied with everything so far.
