Good day, I lodge a case and filled up the refund forms at are Church square station on the 17 January 2024. I deposited money to my bank account the money just disappeared, when I checked my statement is shows Church square. I was calls By a lady called Nakedi from Are Yeng on the 02 February 2024 to tell me that they want to refund me but she told me that they will sent my money as bus point, I then refused as they have taken my money from my account. I told the lady I want my money as in cash to my account I'm no longer using their buses anymore. PROOF of what I've attached below I have submitted it along with the form they gave me. First I think to myself, this is working for me. Only to realize they stole money from your card. I load my card July with R500 my balance was R684, which keep me on the move till 25 August, I was in the clouds, as this is working for me! Petrol way to expensive. BUT boy oh boy, when your card is out of funds, you had to walk from A to B, which I can understand, you had to check your balance, and I did not. I load my card 27 August with R200 balance was R254.50 my understanding was that it is enough for the week. But 4 days later, I ended up with a balance of R31, Friday morning I load my card with another R40 use the A RE YENG from Bosman street (not a save bus stop for a lady) ... but only to realize that my balance is only R34 what the hell? I ask for some please have a look at my card, what happen to the money, and the person said to me, come back on Monday morning. I ended up in walking home which is 26km on Friday. What happen to R40 I load the morning???

Got a bad service from Dennebom A re yeng station, replaced my card last week Monday and the lady made a mistake and didnt replace my points. Went there 3 times already last week, last Thursday the manager named Elias said by Monday it will be sorted. Today I went there and it wasnt, then he ignore the calls. Where is the sense of urgency?? For such a big company to treat their commuters like this, and it was their mistake. They only called ones and never again, Im spending cash whereas I loaded the card. This is a bad service and being lied to is even worse, by a manager nogal. Unacceptable!! Who do I have to call to sort this out since Dennebom station cant help?? How do I get to work in the meantime, its been a week. BAD SERVICE!!

Their services are becoming bad daily,i mean one have to wait for half an hour for a bus to arrive, the employees are rude as hell and dont even say a word to the commuters instead they just sit in groups and chart. A re yeng is failing us, maybe they should just stop operating !!!

Poor transport service. Buses from Sunnyside to Wonderboom has poor service, if they feel not coming on a scheduled time they don't come you've to wait for the next scheduled bus. And no one will communicate why the bus is not coming.

Rating should be ZERO star, their bus service on the North and South Bound is just pathetic - pure ludicrous if you ask me. They run their services as if operating from the boot of Toyota "Siyaya Mini-Taxi". The people responsible for the scheduling are just irresponsible. I sat with amu*****t for days from their Wonderboom Bus Depot / Station and they wait for the bus to be full before they start running. On their bus schedule they said buses run on every 7/10 minutes during peak hours from 06:00 - 21:00 Monday to Friday. I sat on the bus from 06: 55 until it left their park and ride facility at 07:15. In black and white their Bus Schedule is on their website. It's quiet normal to them, i am getting delayed to work and my children get delayed to school. I can easily drive with my car but i choose to support the buses and safe myself the traffic headache around the CBD.

Towards the end of January I ran out of money on my A Re Yeng card. I've been inquiring when the new card system will be up and running for weeks before this, and never got a date from any of the personnel. So when I had to reload I reloaded R350, in order to get the best value for money. I was NOT warned that the new card system will be coming online and that I won't be able to transfer my funds!<br> <br> In February I got the announcement that the new cards will be coming online. However, first I had to deal with a bus strike, then I had to go away for a few days, and now we are heading into a number of public holidays. The result is that I will have a high amount of money left on my card by 31 March.<br> <br> I've tried to contact A Re Yeng about this, but haven't gotten a response. I've tried escalating this within the Tshwane municipality, but in spite of a promise that someone responsible will attend, I haven't gotten a response either.

This morning an A Re Yeng (V-S1016, F5) bus blocked traffic twice because it could not turn right at first and then later on left at a different road. Firstly is kept on driving after the light turned amber, could not make the turn and simply stood there, whilst the traffic light changed to green twice. The car on the other side of the bus - which apparently prevented the driver from turning had to manoeuvre his car around so that the driver could make the turn - and that after he stopped quite close to the curb as he want to turn left into the street the bus came from! Can you please have these people going for driver's licenses or at least get them GPS, because it seemed that the driver this morning had no clue what to do or where to go.
