Money Refund

Good day, I lodge a case and filled up the refund forms at are Church square station on the 17 January 2024. I deposited money to my bank account the money just disappeared, when I checked my statement is shows Church square. I was calls By a lady called Nakedi from Are Yeng on the 02 February 2024 to tell me that they want to refund me but she told me that they will sent my money as bus point, I then refused as they have taken my money from my account. I told the lady I want my money as in cash to my account I'm no longer using their buses anymore.
