Good day, I lodge a case and filled up the refund forms at are Church square station on the 17 January 2024. I deposited money to my bank account the money just disappeared, when I checked my statement is shows Church square. I was calls By a lady called Nakedi from Are Yeng on the 02 February 2024 to tell me that they want to refund me but she told me that they will sent my money as bus point, I then refused as they have taken my money from my account. I told the lady I want my money as in cash to my account I'm no longer using their buses anymore. PROOF of what I've attached below I have submitted it along with the form they gave me. Hi, I'm very much disappointed as I went to do exchange on the item I bought there, I lost my slip but the item has a price tag so they told me I should pay extra money as the item is no longer that price it's marked down to R60 from R79,99... Now my child won't have a trouser to wear on Xmas day. And I really don't know what to do with the trouser as I was about to buy the one that is R99.99 which would fit on my child.
I was at Ackerman's at Sunny Park in Pretoria just now at 10h30 to do a money transfer... A cashier Busisiwe Sibanyoni refused to help me as she said they are no longer doing money transfer because their system is hacked to she won't be able to assist me.... Its not the first time I hear this from them and one day I had to force them they did and nothing happened they are lasy to do money transfers always having this excuse... I had to go to pep and it was done without any hustle...
