Arkermans Cellphone Insurance ****
This company has hired consultants to **** people who bought cellphones at Arkarmens. Consultant will call and say "We would like to thank you for buying cellphone at Arkarmens as the results we want to offer you a free service of protecting your cellphone. If you lost your cellphone you get a replacement for free." Next thing you get a text say they will deduct the x amount from your account for cellphone policy. What made matters worse the consultant was told that I don't want the policy he insisted that it's not a policy. I call their help line report, rude consultant hang up on me, and managers are not available to assist.

Bad Nappy
This brand needs to be taken out of the market is not good for our babies. Every time my babies used Huggies Nappies, they will have this bad baby rush. And in one pee the baby clothes are wet; not absorbent. It puts our babies health at risk.

Bad Service
I'm very disappointed about Kwagga Mall Capitec Bank; first it was the cheque verification machine and now for two days the deposit doesn't work. The staff will only tell you we reported it.

Are Yeng Buses
Poor transport service. Buses from Sunnyside to Wonderboom has poor service, if they feel not coming on a scheduled time they don't come you've to wait for the next scheduled bus. And no one will communicate why the bus is not coming.

I would like to applaud a great customer service of Tebogo Mashiane at ABSA Lilian Ngoyi branch. She would listen to the needs of the client and give her best to ensure you go home smiling. Keep it up.
