After being a loyal Vodacom user for MANY years, I have decided to look at alternative options! Clearly my loyalty means nothing to you! I am eligible for an upgrade and I have attempted to apply online a number of times. I have also had a consultant call me to try assist, but it was taking too long and I needed to go into a meeting. She said she would call back, but never did! Every time I try upgrade online, I am told that I don't qualify for the option I select, despite its on the page which says - options which are available to you for your upgrade! I am thinking of rather purchasing the phone from the istore direct and going with a different provider all together! Vodacom clearly doesnt care about their customers!
What I find unfair, are clients who take to social media and post on every platform to pull a company down. I was really disappointed to see the negative review on here and thankfully went onto Facebook (and Google Reviews) to learn more about this company and was able to see Kirsten's response to the same negative review there. I feel it is unfair to complain on a platform, where the small business owner is not afforded the opportunity to share her side of the story. Every dealing I have had with So Sorted, Kirsten and her team, has been nothing short of reliable and professional. The company's excellent reputation and track record speaks for itself. I would suggest to look at the many positive reviews, and the company's response to the negative review and then decide. I am so blessed to have crossed paths and worked with Kirsten and her team and I will highly recommend them at every opportunity!
