I app**** on the 29th of December, sent all the required documents and got a debit check mandate, my application has been stuck on "If you have sent through your supporting documentation for your application, please allow 24 hours for us to process them and update your status." Call centre agent said I need to wait for a call as I am a 1st applicant. When will this call be made? when will I get feedback? Why has a debit order mandate been made before I receive an approval? Please may I get feedback as soon as possible!!!
I placed an online order on the 28th of March and received my i=order confirmation, paid the full amount and used my order number as reference, as indicated on the order confirmation email. Days later I call Hifi to ascertain when my order will be delivered and i'm told the coming Friday which is the 6th of April. On the date of expected delivery I call Hifi and i'm told my order has been cancelled because payment was not made. This is absolutely frustrating to me because I made the payment and used a correct a reference to simplify the allocation process for their accounts department. I was not informed I need to send through a proof of payment. Now I need to consistently follow up with the manager Yushra Abrahams who can not tell me precisely when my order will be delivered!!
<p>I am utterly disappointed by Miway and how my claim has been handled.</p> <p>On the 10th April 2017. I called in after having an impact with my car, asked for roadside assist and I was dutifully assisted. The claim assessor that is dealing with my claim asked to have a sit down inwhich I detailed the events of the accident. I was asked numerous unnessary questions such as what I ate the morning of the accident, exact time and meal! </p> <p>I was happy to comply! Pieter Janneke concluded by informing me he would go back to the scene of the accident to obtain CCTV to corrobate my version of events! That was a week ago! I emailed to establish the progress of the claim and he asked for a second sit down, I was happy to comply to that as well. </p> <p> </p> <p>During the second sit down he proceeds to tell me of his findings and that there are "discrepancies " with my version of events! I ask him to tell me what he found and none of which is factual but hear say and speculative! I asked whether he obtained the footage he told me he'd get and he gives me excuses with that regard and yet he's adamant the claim will be declined! I asked him whether he obtained the requested cell phone records I signed a sworn affidavit for, for him to be granted, by my service provider and he informs me he hasn't! How has he then concluded my claim is dishonest when he hasn't thoroughly investigated and nothing I said has been proven dishonest! </p> <p> </p> <p>3 years being insured with Miway and not a single claim! My car isn't even a write off. Merely tyres and rims damaged and yet they are going through such lengths to deny my claim!!! </p> <p> </p>
<p>I have been paying rent from November to Elite Property Group and on the 9th I found out the landlord was not even aware she has a tenant at her unit. This was followed by my locks being changed and valuables being locked inside, all this without a notice or warning. The landlord got a new agency to liaise with and insists I either start the application process from scratch the legal way including paying deposit and advance rent again, however EPG are giving me the run arounds when it comes to paying me back whats due to me. I am now left to incure an expense of R15k plus R5K pro rata rent for Feb, for me to secure the apartment. Speedo Horn has been telling me tales!!</p> <p> </p> <p>To date I am waiting for my deposit and February rent.</p>
