I have had 2 break down since I purchased my T Cross 2023 in October 2023 at VW Soweto Maponya. The first one the air conditioning system was not blowing out cold air, I reported this immediately and they said the car was fine. IAs I was driving to North West in November 2023, the car alerted me to stop as the engine was overheating. Car was towed to the dealer and still they could not find what the issue, even after I told them about the air condition system. I must say the service at received thus far has been nothing but disgusting. My second break down was on the 4th of August 2024, AGAIN CAR ALERTING OF ENGINE overheating, car was towed to the dealer on Sunday and I ask for a curtesy car as my car is still under warranty, the lady tells me that they do not have cars for the next 2 weeks, I then ask what am I to do as I use my car for work and she does not have answers for me instead she tells me that, if the car has not broken down because of a mechanical fault, I will have to pay. HOW COME THE CAR IS OVERHEATING ONLY HAVING THE CAR IN UNDER A YEAR AND OVERHEATING TWICE. I am starting to believe that VW SOWETO SOLD ME A FAULTY CAR AND FAILED TO DISCLOSE WHAT THE ISSUE WAS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. THIS IS UTTER NONSENSE!!!!!!
<p>Hello</p> <p>Kindly please assist me on my provident fund with Liberty corporate thats been delayed by employer. I have sent through my withdrawal documents on the 26th of January 2017 to date ny fund has not been payed out. I have tried contacting my employers regarding the issue till now there is no help from them. I believe the incomplete details are my membership number and Fund number that i personally dont have. My employer sent through this form knowing very well they needed to add details about the employers and fund details. A month has already passed and i am being taken back and forth. </p> <p>Please assist</p> <p>Nokuthula</p>
