Once again I am getting messages about debit orders but you have told me it is cancelled!!!! I have received messages from your whatsapp line that I have to pay the debit order but we had previously sorted this out and you confirmed that it was cancelled!! what the hell is happening!!! If this harassment continues I will have to take further steps against you as I was told this was sorted and cancelled!! This my pervious post!! GET THIS SORTED!!! Hello This is the 10th time I am pleading for assistance or any type of customer service that should exist within your business!! I am at a point of rage and cannot understand why you are not assisting me and cancelling this damn service!!! I am not liable for any amounts to your company as I do not even have an active unit!!! I have told numerous times to useless and non efficient customer service consultants and I still do not have a solution to the matter!!!! I am now forced to go report this to the ombudsman and take further legal steps as you have not impacted my credit record with this bull**** service I do not have!!! I have no quarrel with the actual service or product but the customer care is absolutely appalling and I have had no resolutions or feedback, I have requested to be sent my calls (recordings) and to this day to no avail!!!! I want this cancelled and any listing to be removed from my credit profile and be contacted by one of the customer service managers and not a team leader or consultant. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for feedback or even a resolution from your company about my booking and now it has been two weeks with no response and completely ignoring my emails and social posts on your facebook page, this is really pathetic service and I am so disappointed with the lack or urgency from your company. I have sent countless emails and posts on social media with no response at all! How can provide such service to a member that has been with you for over two years!! I regret ever getting a membership. I was suppose to have this booking done and confirmed the first week of October and now I might not even get availability anywhere due to your company failing to provide any service/resolutions or even feedback!!!
<p>PLP Group should investigate their current management staff in their inbound call centre based in Randburg. This is disgusting behaviour!! and utterly appaling, they will dish out warnings for no reasons. Employees are handled based on personal opinions from the management staff. They take advantage of the staff in their inbound call centre and treat them as if they are of no value.</p>
