Dismal
<p>I paid 50% on the quotation given to me by the company for work on my home. R24000 deposited into their account in Nov 2016. I have since tried by various means to retrieve my deposit, as the WORK IS NOT DONE. Initially they promised to start in Nov, then postponed to Dec 2016, then eventually silence from them, until I initiated a follow-up.</p> <p>A business that claims to care about customer satisfaction, but they do not answer emails or communicate. Huge disappointment-not a word from them since being promised that my request for return of funds wold be prioritised and executed by now. I eventually had to leave my place of work and dedicate time to going to their offices in Grayston in person.Still nothing. SA Damp: Please return my money. </p>

DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED
<p>I have had to chase after SA Damp for refunding of my money after the work that I paid a R24000 deposit for, has still not been started. I paid on 25thNovember 2016, it is now 21 February 2017. Before, when I was a potential customer, they were constantly in touch with me. Now that I want my money, absolute silence. Being nice and respectful and patient has done me no good. Perhaps this will lead to them giving my money back.</p>
