<p>I booked and payed the service in advance for my wedding day. I just booked for a fog machine for my first dance. Paul recieved the payment but no-one showed up on the day. I had to contact HIM the next day to find out what happened. He didn't even bother to let me know. </p> <p> </p> <p>He promised a refund and I am still waiting to get my money back, after many many requests and many many replies promising payment. It has been 5 months now and still no refund has occurred.</p> <p>This is an embarrassment for any business and very bad ethics for a wedding day!!!</p>
