On the 12th of April Wheelee offered me R X for my vehicle subjected to pre purchase inspection and I had to accept the offer within 24 hours. I accepted the offer and took my vehicle for inspection immediately thereafter, on the same day. I received no feedback nor the following day , leaving me satisfied all is in order and Wheelee is happy with my vehicle. However the following day (Day 2 , more than 24 hours later...) they rep**** with a lower offer. I truly believe what is good for the goose is good for the gander. They know one is eager to sell and puts you in a position where the force you to accept the lower offer to their benefit. This is really poor business practice and leaves a bitter taste in a persons mouth. They could have contacted me once they saw the vehicle and said xyz is wrong we reducing the offer so that one can make a decision there and then but first sugar coat it for you and come with a comeback on their terms. I won't deal with them ever again!!

Never buy online at Woolworths and pay additional for next day delivery. IT DOES NOT HAPPEN AT ALL! Bur they take your money!
Uiterse swak klientediens, personeel wat vir mens lieg 3 keer op een dag. Boonop stuur hul skrywes uit met versoeke rakende eise sonder verwysing van op watter eis die skrywe betrekking het. Moet ure aanhou voordat jou telefoon oproep beantwoord word.
What a disaster!! Get phoned by hospital's debt department saying I owe them R 146K for my hospital stay, ended 19 December. I resigned from Discovery Medical aid as of 31st of December. So they already removed me from the system instead of only on the 31st of December. And this just show me once again how unprofessional, *********** and ******* Discovery is. To all out there be aware, get away. Discovery is not the end nor the beging! I am leaving with a big smile to better things for the future and less drama with Discovery! AMEN
Dis vandag 5 en 'n halwe maand sedert ek 'n eis ingeien het by Sanlam. Verlede week het 'n persoon in die call centre en 'n konsultant my hart en mond belowe dat ek Maandag 15 January 2024 die uit**** sal ontvang. Soos verwag geen woord of tyding. Ek hou al 30 min aan op die call centre. Hulle klientediens is uiters swak. Eks verlee oor die besluit om my vertroue in hul te plaas. Sanlam gaan ten gronde!
Vir die 2de keer die jaar word n eis wat Ek ingediend het, waarvoor ontvangs erken is per epos geigroneer. Vanaf 1 Aug 2023 le my eis by Sanlam onaageraak. Dus vir 5 maande het niemand hulle werk gedoen nie. Is Ek verkeerd om ontsteld en ongekrap te wees oor dit?? Absoluut pateties.
Uiterste swak kleinte diens. Eis ingedien 18 Des 2023 en niks het gebeur sedert dien. Gé***el om bevestig dat dokumente ontvang is en call center het erken. Gevra wanneer verwerk Sal wees vir my gese 27ste Des. 27 Des niks bebeur nie. Ges***el en persoon het geeskaleer en gese Sal 29ste Des afgehandeld wees. Ekt gevra hoe laat Ek kan opvolg op 29ste en Sy antwoord was 12:00. Teen 12:00 het niks gebeur en toe Ek s***el is Sanlam weg op vakansie. Vanmore toe Ek opvolg is daar nog steeds niks gedoen nie. Absoluut patéties!!
Poor Indequaty!!! Shame cannot face the music of the truth of your *********** staff and injustice treatment of your policy holders. Go forth in your practices. It’s a sign of cover up removing posts of unhappy policy holders! Shameless!!!
Goodby Discovery!!! Best life change ever! No begging, no checking up medical aid’s claim department nor to struggle with communication. Still waiting for a call back from PMB of 2 weeks ago. And best of all a saving!! Your service levels deteriorated to dump! Well you had your chances!!!
