Be careful about selling your car. Asked weelee for a quote. The gave me one, and they apparently put it to the dealers. Came backe with a lesser quote. I responded that it it to little, they made a new quote which I accepted. The car was inspected, and dropped of at BMW to be send to Umhlanga. Had numerous e mails during the following 4 days abouts accountants being ill, and the mangager Graham in a meeting; but got whats app recordings in between. A week later I was told that the quote was not accepted, and the car is in Umhlanga, and can be sold for less. I asked that the car be send back. So if the car quote is accepted, and the car is handed in, it is not sold. It is send for evaluation and speculation, and you are forced if you are hasty to accept a lesser quote. I only had one call from the BMW dealership , and the supposed buyer yesterday, after the car being away now for two weeks. I was more then once promised that payment is just postponed in this two week period.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Efficient and professional service I had a very positive experience selling my vehicle to Wheelee. The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. The vehicle evaluation was completed quickly, and the price was agreed within approximately 20 minutes. The transaction was smooth, transparent, and well managed. Payment was processed immediately, with the funds reflecting in my account within 10 minutes of completing the transaction. I would confidently recommend Wheelee to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient vehicle selling experience.

It was such a pleasant experience to deal with Shane and his team today. They come to you at your preferred address and offered a really fair price. They were punctual, professional and friendly. They will be my first option should I ever need to sell another car.

Wheelee frustrating dealing with these guys to sell a car. The auction process attracts low ball offers from their dealers. This did not meet my reserve so I sold the car only for them to phone in the afternoon offering more. Very unprofessional

Drove from Joburg to Centurion to get an assessment for my car. When we got there I wasn’t aware that assessments are done outside, I go inside. As I walk in a white gentleman approached me and started asking me if I did see him standing outside who said I should go in(rudely so). I did not respond to what he said I just apologised, Because I was with my brother an he was intoxicated. I walk outside to the assessment area and the gentleman continues to talk to me like I’m a kid( I’m sure he doesn’t talk to his kid like that. I continue to apologise and he tells me to wait he will assist me shortly. A few moments later his colleague come over to us and he tells me to leave and to leave and I tell him I’m still waiting for an assessment. He asks for my asking price and outstanding debt and says, “it’s a Toyota so it drives like a Toyota so I can only offer you 150k if you’re not happy please leave”

I had the worst experience imaginable. I can’t believe I actually went out of my way to show my car to this so-called “road buyer.” What a complete waste of my time. This man claims he can fully diagnose an engine by simply opening the oil cap. Really? That’s his entire inspection process? Here’s the thing — in winter, condensation under the oil cap is not only normal, it’s basic automotive science. When a car makes short trips in cold weather, moisture in the crankcase doesn’t get burned off, so it condenses and forms a milky residue under the cap. Every mechanic with even a shred of credibility knows this is not an automatic sign of engine trouble. But no — in his world, it’s apparently the smoking gun of doom. I was standing there, baffled, wondering if this was some sort of prank. Either he’s deliberately misleading people to lowball them, or he skipped every single basic lesson in automotive maintenance. Utterly disappointed. Based on this brief but eye-opening encounter with Wheelee, I wouldn’t touch them again with a ten-foot pole, and I would warn every friend, family member, and stranger on the street to stay away. Absolutely pathetic.

On the 12th of April Wheelee offered me R X for my vehicle subjected to pre purchase inspection and I had to accept the offer within 24 hours. I accepted the offer and took my vehicle for inspection immediately thereafter, on the same day. I received no feedback nor the following day , leaving me satisfied all is in order and Wheelee is happy with my vehicle. However the following day (Day 2 , more than 24 hours later...) they rep**** with a lower offer. I truly believe what is good for the goose is good for the gander. They know one is eager to sell and puts you in a position where the force you to accept the lower offer to their benefit. This is really poor business practice and leaves a bitter taste in a persons mouth. They could have contacted me once they saw the vehicle and said xyz is wrong we reducing the offer so that one can make a decision there and then but first sugar coat it for you and come with a comeback on their terms. I won't deal with them ever again!!
