Please stay far away from the Jefferys franchise. The place is severely understaffed. The food is terrible and the franchisee was nowhere to be found. Stick with the Spur downstairs or go to abrestaurant that values your custom
Wheelee frustrating dealing with these guys to sell a car. The auction process attracts low ball offers from their dealers. This did not meet my reserve so I sold the car only for them to phone in the afternoon offering more. Very unprofessional
Ny parcel never arrived and any e mails to enquire about it goes unanswered. Stay far away.
Loayal customer for 15 years. Had my account blocked by MTN following their employees opening two additional accounts in my name. ***** department takes thheir own time and my number is blocked in the meantime. What a disgrace.
I used this transporter for the first time in December 2024 to move a vehicle form East London to Johannesburg. Not many transporters service this route due to location and volumes. We did experience a slight delay in a mechanical issue with the truck but in the end the vehicle was delivered as promised and in the condition it was loaded. Communication could have been slightly better but as far as service delivery goes, I am happy and will use them again in future

Here I am having some humble pie with my morning coffee. I got frustrated with my claim at Naked Insurance, but the delay was short-lived, and it was handled very professionally. Nkululeko you are an asset to the organization. thank you and well done.
Bought a car from WBC with a Dekra Gold report on Friday. Took it to Dekra Randburg with my RWC voucher on Saturday. It failed RWC due to the middle seatbelt "that did not clip in". When confronted with teh Dekra Gold report Dekra Randburg had already failed the car. Took it back on Monday for teh retest of teh seatbelt and was told teh car would have to have its brakes retested as well as that was procedure. This was new to me - granted I have only been in the Motor industry 30 years. The retest took over an hour as there were many cars being subjected to prolonged tests for Uber / Bolt. This is a concern as I used a Bolt vehicle to collect mine on Friday and this vehicle had a cracked windscreen, noisy CV joints and a piece of leather stuck on the dash where the airbag was.... I want to suggest a RWC counter and another counter for more comprehensive tests and a more structured workflow for starters as there seems to be no system for the staff or the public. Never again
Be very carefull on this platform. Dealers outbid each other way over the retail value of your vehicle. Once the dealer has won the bid, he inspects your vehicke and starts to haggle and negotiate and cuts the offer way down. Fair enough, it is your perogative to accept or not, but don’t trust anyy offer on face value as the terms and conditions gives the dealer a lot of wiggle room. Would be a great system if you were given the under bidder’s details as well..
