The absolute WORST car courier ever. I transported my car from Johannesburg to Cape Town When I collected it my front was smashed, there were pie crumbs in my front seat my sound system was disconnected and cables ****** and my front tire was missing. They refused to compensate for any of the damage, the ladies on the phone were rude and dismissive and hung up while I was talking. Absolutely disgusting, this place needs to be shut down.

I entrusted my vehicle to To Anywhere Carriers (TAC) and have experienced serious misconduct and non-compliance at two of their branches: Umbogintwini (Durban) branch: My vehicle was *******ly used by TAC staff to charge other vehicles, without my knowledge or consent. This misuse is fully captured on video footage which I shared with their staff members including Marius Van Zyl, the Risk Manager. At Cape Town branch my car video footage shows vehicle damaged while under TAC’s care which caused mechanical damage to my vehicle. Despite immediately reporting both incidents and providing TAC with the required evidence, their Risk Manager, Mr. Marius van Zyl, has failed to conclude the investigation or accept accountability. He ignores my calls and emails regardless of his initial promise to look into the matter and give feedback. Key concerns: Misuse of client property: Using a customer’s vehicle for unrelated purposes is *******, unacceptable and a breach of trust. Failure to conclude investigation: Even after receiving video and photographic evidence, TAC has not provided a final outcome. Poor communication and transparency: Promises of feedback have not been honored, leaving me with no finality for weeks. Non-compliance with accountability standards: TAC has not demonstrated reliability, integrity, or corrective action in dealing with this matter. I request that TAC: Provide a formal written conclusion to this investigation without further delay. Accept full liability for the misuse and damage caused by their employees. Outline and implement corrective measures to prevent future misconduct. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend TAC as a trustworthy or professional service provider. Customers need to be warned about this conduct before entrusting them with their vehicles.

I purchased a vehicle from another city and needed it delivered to me. This was organised by the dealership. The dealership dropped the vehicle at TAC, where it stayed for a week without reason, and was delivered late. TAC employees are rude, and not communicate. It must be you that runs around after them, wanting an update, and they are unapologetic at inconveniences. I was told my vehicle was on the way, and would be in my city over the weekend, and would be delivered to me on Monday morning. Upon phoning them on Monday morning, I was then told that the vehicle was not even in my city, and was still on the way. Horrible horrible service, I would never recommend them to anyone.

I used this transporter for the first time in December 2024 to move a vehicle form East London to Johannesburg. Not many transporters service this route due to location and volumes. We did experience a slight delay in a mechanical issue with the truck but in the end the vehicle was delivered as promised and in the condition it was loaded. Communication could have been slightly better but as far as service delivery goes, I am happy and will use them again in future

Parked in front of our business taking up all 5 parking bays and loading zone, despite being asked by the person they were delivering to, to park in front of THEIR establishment. Phoned, and was put throught 'HR' which didn't answer. Phoned again and was told no one could speak to be because they were in a meeting. Sent a series of photographs on a whatsapp number, and the responnse was "Good day. My apologies for this. I will address with our Logistics planners". I fail to see how that is actually a response to my immediate problem - no customer parking means very few customers, and anyone wishing to load in our loading zone now has to worry about scratching a brand new Mahindra which has been offloaded there. Totally unacceptable large vehicle bullying.

If it was possible to rate this business less that zero, I would. What a lot of ****** and ****s. If you want to ship your car anywhere stay clear of this *****/clown show. They damage vehicles and take no responsibility for it, even if you have photos and their own documentation to back up your claim. They ignore emails, never get back to you once the money is paid and are the most unprofessional business I have delt with in 40 years. Just stay clear if you value your property.

If I could give this pathetic excuse of a business zero stars I would. To all those seeking services of transporting your vehicles LOOK ELSEWHERE. Find another company. They will be late and rude, they will not communicate amd then blame you for poor communication and ultimately they'll hurt you and your vehicle more than helping you. My car came back damaged and then they have the audacity to lay the blame on the customer when I have proof and photographic evidence to the contrary. They broke the aerial completely and damaged the radio where I needed to service it to work again, and then said, as usual because they lay blame than taking ownership or being accountable like actual adults, that it was us the customer despite their prior examination of the vehicle before being shipped. The admin lady is about as intelligent as cardboard and the business as a whole is a joke. To call them useless is an understatement. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Run, run, run! Save yourselves money and time. These clowns are PATHETIC and you'll end up with both bad service and damage to your vehicle. Avoid them like the plague. You've been warned! Save your money!

Got great service from Taliska who did the quote and the booking. When we delivered the car, we were welcomed with friendly faces and very helpful and capable staff. The car was delivered safely to Johannesburg without any damages. Great staff and experience
