The absolute WORST car courier ever. I transported my car from Johannesburg to Cape Town When I collected it my front was smashed, there were pie crumbs in my front seat my sound system was disconnected and cables ****** and my front tire was missing. They refused to compensate for any of the damage, the ladies on the phone were rude and dismissive and hung up while I was talking. Absolutely disgusting, this place needs to be shut down.
The courier guy Pietermaritzburg branch (Chief Albert Lethuli street) NEVER answers the phone. I have phoned multiple times through the day and am met with no answer every time What is going on??
I have changed bank account and emailed virgin active to change my bank details , it has been 3 months and they have not updated my bank details and keep sending my emails that my account is in arrears. I recently contacted support and they said I should send an email and the issue will be be resolved. I have still not received a response and I am beginning to get frustrated. Please advise
I went to clicks at Hatfield plaza in Pretoria on the 28th of October 2022 and bought a bottle of shampoo, thereafter I went to pick n pay and found that same shampoo at a cheaper price so I bought it there instead, after my shopping at pick n pay I returned to clicks to return the shampoo seeing as I'd got it at a cheaper price. Unfortunately I had lost my till slip but you could clearly see the bottle was still sealed and management were even able to find proof of my payment on the system. The manager was extremely rude and had a bad attitude and refused to give me a refund and made me wait half an hour just to say I can't be refunded. I AM HIGHLY UPSET
I am a student at the University of Pretoria and I submitted a refund form on the 15th of October with all the required documentation necessary. I then got told that I may not receive my refund as I have two sponsors, BUT my sponsor gave me a letter of approval for me to get the refund but the university is refusing to give me my money and ignoring all my attempts of communication .... so where is this money going to?? I have tried calling all the numbers of those who work in the finance department and sent multiple emails as well as follow up emails and I have received no response. I am now in a difficult situation as the housing I want to stay at next year requires a deposit (which is what I intended on using the refund money for) I am now at risk of losing my place and also my R2000 admin fee because of UP’s lack of response and communication. This is very stressful and extremely frustrating because I call every day and get put on hold only for my call to be dropped. Please get back to me ASAP or I will have to take legal action to get the money owed to me.
I always love dunked wings from KFC but today I was highly disappointed. I ordered a box of dunked wings from KFC at Scottsville mall in Pietermaritzburg and they were absolutely disappointing. They had close to no sauce and were still crispy because they were not dunked properly. I am highly disappointed by this because dunked wings are always something I enjoy.
I am a first year university student and I had ordered and paid for all my books The original delivery date was the 18th of March It is now the 31st of March and they keep delaying my delivery which is very frustrating as I am unable to do my work and study for upcoming tests !!! Please fix this issue because my academic career depends on it.
