Bad Service pay my money back
I went on to Freelance to advertise my job for my website, and the next thing I got a WhatsApp from Pearl Organisation the sales guy was Ashish. He said he is a marketing expert who could do marketing and promote my website through Google ads and specific marketing services on social media he said Pearl organization is an authorized Google partner. He then offered me a deal for 3 months for 200$ Ashish did not stop sending me sales pitches even over the weekend nonstop, Ashish convinced me his company is the right people for the job. Eventually, I gave in and paid 200$ for the project. This is where my nightmare started with this Pearl Organisation I gave them all the login details it was a problem to log in to my Google account number one the there was a problem login into my Facebook account I have gone through this with other companies and never experience any difficulty, as I had with pearl organization after giving them my full access they managed to log in to all the accounts i then had to change all my passwords I then gave them 2 days to analyze my website and to work out their marketing strategy then I got a call from Lisa saying she was handling my project and I needed to pay 300 $ for SEO and website maintenance for 3 years because the layout and SEO were not correct. My optimization score at that stage was sitting at 68% I took a screenshot of it. I then gave Liza the the go-ahead to bill me for this project because it included SEO loading of the product and full maintenance for a year for 300$. Then a day later I got a WhatsApp message from Lisa saying I needed to pay 300 $ more for website security for a lifetime 300$ this is where my head started spinning I argued with Liza for 2days saying to her Shopify spent millions on website security that is why I went for Shopify platform and I send her all blogs on this topic she then gave up and send a message ok drop this topic because I accused her of trying to **** me all she could say is drop this topic. I then insisted on canceling all projects and giving my money back because of her lies. this was ignored and then I got images that the developer was Buzzy changing the banner and look of the front page after 3 days I got a message showing me a URL to click on to see my new layout. I clicked on the URL and what an f ... up, the images used were off the topic, the images were blurry and borders were overlapping the image sizes were all different I then showed Lisa all this mess and asked her what kind of developer is this, the response I got was i will fix all. Two and a half weeks had passed and no marketing was done I questioned this and the next day I saw a budget was added to Google ads on one of my old shopping campaigns I also questioned Facebook ads the same thing happened a budget was loaded on one of my old sales campaigns from 2022 we had a right agreement that every week my product would be mentioned on Facebook with a small description pictures and click-to-action 2 posts a week and 2 blog posts a month During the 65 days of marketing by Pearl organization, no blog was done no Facebook advertising ads were done I spent on Google and Facebook 800 $, I paid Pear organization 500 $ and my return on my investment was 300 $ for 65 days my optimization score from 68% on my Shopify store went to 42% from the time Pearl Organisation worked on my Project. I demand my full refund for non-performance and for trying to **** 300 $ for Shopify security and not advertising as per our contract. I fully do not recommend this disgusting company with their ****ming employees their strategy worked, every day they did not do any work just provoked me so I got frustrated and removed my login details. please think twice about giving this company any work I have all the proof of all the corresponds and dialog between myself and these nasty people
