Hi. I would like to write a formal complaint regarding Rain Unlimited Data's calll centre. I have been having network issues lately. I have called the call centre a few times and the agents are usually friendly and helpful. Today, 16 October, however, i called in around 17h15 and spoke to Khanya who had an attitude and could not assist me. I asked to speak to another agent. She said i should cut the call and call back and i may get another agent to answer. When i called back, she answered, laughed and cut the call. I called back a third time and she answered again. I asked her to please not cut the call and asked for her full name and surname and position. She said she does not understand my question and hung up again.
<p>Purchased a corner shower door (among many other items) on 29 October 2016 from Discount Build - Phoenix Industrial Park, KZN.</p> <p>In December 2016, one portion of the glass door broke into pieces (could be due to incorrect fitment). I immediately called Discount Building to speak to the same sales person (that I purchased the item from). I asked him if I could order another glass part. He said yes, but he just needs to wait for the factories to open again in mid-January. He took down my details and said that he would call me around 11 January with a price. 11 January comes along, no call received.</p> <p>I waited a week more and then called him back. He does not apologise for not calling. He then says that he will get another lady to find out about the price and she will call me back the next day. I waited the next day. No call received.</p> <p>I called Discount Build again and asked for the lady that was meant to give me feedback. She states that the initial sales guy did not tell her anything. As I give her my name and request, she sees a note from him left on her calendar. She apologies and says she is rushing off to a prayer but would call me back the following day. However - no call received.</p> <p>I physically go to the store over the next weekend (11 February). I see the sales guy there. No apology. Is ‘shocked’ that the other sales lady didn’t give me any feedback. He then says that he will call the factory right away. He chats on the phone and tells me it costs about R900. I tell him to order it and that I also required wooden doors. I told him let me know when all the items are ready so that I can come during the week to pay and then they could deliver.</p> <p>It is now 26 February 2017, and no feedback to date. This is EXTREMELY bad service - especially considering that I had purchased most of my items from them for a bathroom renovation and was willing to purchase more items. SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE.</p>
