Don't do business with either one of them, i.e Makro Retail, CN Tronics and Sinotec
Brought a Sinotec Smart TV in 2019, have been using it without problems. Now the TV doesn't work and have been collected from my house, it's been over 4 weeks and no one knows who took my TV. I got an email from CN-TRONICS with a job card but they reply nor answer my calls and when they do, no one speaks from the other which is pretty stupid for a business. Don't ever call 011 238 9300 or 011 357 3777, such a unless business which don't have customer experience. Will not recommend any one I know to have business with the above 3 companies.

Disrespected at discount foods
So yesterday I entered a discount store where I was so humiliated and disrespected they said I couldn't enter the store unless I use their senitizer of which I have my own safeguard senitizer instead I was asked to produce a doctor's document that states that I shouldnt use other brands but safeguard I felt very disrespected

Highly professional shop, good service from the guys at tht counters. Owner run and it makes a difference. Thank you Craig and Team for always going the extra mile. Can't recommend you guys enough. Keep it up.

cash back Refund
Worst customer service ever! last year November I purchased R 32 000 building material from Discount build Dube village branch , a month later I requested a refund of roofing material since it doesnt meet my requirements. the total amount of a refund requested is R12 200. Now sales asssistant and the manager is forcing me to credit me a voucher instead of cash back refund. And when I asked for head office contact number , Sizwe Gina the sales assistant said he is not allowed to give out head office number to customers. Please note the material that I am referring to is still in store.

Zero customer service at Discount Build
<p>Purchased a corner shower door (among many other items) on 29 October 2016 from Discount Build - Phoenix Industrial Park, KZN.</p> <p>In December 2016, one portion of the glass door broke into pieces (could be due to incorrect fitment). I immediately called Discount Building to speak to the same sales person (that I purchased the item from). I asked him if I could order another glass part. He said yes, but he just needs to wait for the factories to open again in mid-January. He took down my details and said that he would call me around 11 January with a price. 11 January comes along, no call received.</p> <p>I waited a week more and then called him back. He does not apologise for not calling. He then says that he will get another lady to find out about the price and she will call me back the next day. I waited the next day. No call received.</p> <p>I called Discount Build again and asked for the lady that was meant to give me feedback. She states that the initial sales guy did not tell her anything. As I give her my name and request, she sees a note from him left on her calendar. She apologies and says she is rushing off to a prayer but would call me back the following day. However - no call received.</p> <p>I physically go to the store over the next weekend (11 February). I see the sales guy there. No apology. Is ‘shocked’ that the other sales lady didn’t give me any feedback. He then says that he will call the factory right away. He chats on the phone and tells me it costs about R900. I tell him to order it and that I also required wooden doors. I told him let me know when all the items are ready so that I can come during the week to pay and then they could deliver.</p> <p>It is now 26 February 2017, and no feedback to date. This is EXTREMELY bad service - especially considering that I had purchased most of my items from them for a bathroom renovation and was willing to purchase more items. SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE.</p>
