waiting
I'm still waiting for information regarding my parcel I sent on 03 may 2020. After physically going to their offices in Sandton, I was told that the warehouse is filled with packages that have no waybills due to some unfortunate mishap which involved the delivery van. Firstly they don't allow the public on to the premises, however a very nice female security guard assisted me and after a while someone else came to inform me that they were sorting through all the undelivered parcels and I would be contacted if mine was located; provided they had all the details of the contents. It will help if there was someone to contact directly at the sorting facility instead of a call centre agent who has the same information the public can access via the tracking site.

Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Always great to stroll through the rows of plants learning new things and picking out new favorites for our garden. They also sell great top soil and cute ornaments for the garden.

Victory Integrated Systems saved my business deal in the last two days after another supplier failed to deliver. Victory Integrated Systems managed to source, organize and engrave 14000 pens in 48 hours. They even dropped the parcel at the couriers depot!!!
