I have been using one of MLT's inverters to power my house during load shedding. I originally bought it during the load shedding that started in 2014 as just a backup to last for the 2 hour load shedding and it worked perfectly. After the load shedding ended, it seemed like it wouldn't be very useful anymore, but on MLT's advice, I added some solar panels to my system and reduced my electricity bill, so even though there was no load shedding for a long time my investment was still paying off. My inverter has been working perfectly now for more than 5 years, I don't even feel the load shedding. I am very happy with MLT's products and their service. I would definitely recommend anybody who is in the market for an Inverter to contact MLT.

I contacted Willer Erasmus, an estate agent at Realnet kuils river with regards to a house he was selling and my wife and I viewed the house. A few days later on Friday 24/02/2017 at about 16:30 I phoned him and asked if there were any offers on the house yet, to which he replied 'No'. I then told him that we would like to make an offer on the house. He asked me if we could be at their offices at 9am the following morning (Saturday 25/02/2017). We arrived on time and completed the offer to purchase. He told us that once the seller has signed the document he will send us a copy. On Monday morning (27/02/2017) he phoned me to tell me that the seller had accepted our offer and that he would send me a copy of the contract via email as soon as he was back in the office. He did send it via email and I printed it out so that I could take it to the bank when applying for a home loan. I decided to look through the contract after printing it and found that it had been changed after we had signed. Specifically, under special conditions was written 'Subject to successful cancellation of first offer'. This was not written in the contract when we signed it. I phoned him and asked about it to which he replied 'Oh, I forgot to tell you there was another offer'. So I said no, I specifically asked you on friday afternoon and you told me there were no other offers. To which he replied that the other person had phoned after me and had come and signed an offer 'late friday evening'. So, how does he expect me to believe that he had forgotten that by the next morning at 9am? Anyway, changing the contract without our consent after we had signed it is illegal. Besides that fact that his behaviour is immoral and reprehensible.
