<p>From the first time I walked into the store, everything was so magical. I had been to so many bridal stores, De la Vida was my final stop. Received the best customer service any bride can wish for, recently I discovered that I am expecting and requested a swop for the original dress I had ordered. This is not something I planned, It breaks my heart to have to look for a new dress when I had everything picture perfect in my dream bridal gown.</p> <p>Considering that the fact that, t...here has been no alterations made on the dress yet and It is still in De La Vida's possession. I offered to top up or forfeit the balance of what I had paid for my first gown. I was informed of the store policy which only caters for exchanges within 5 days. Why would anyone want to change a dress within 5 days? A wedding is not an event one can plan over night. For a wedding gown which has not left the De la Vida store, not a single alteration made onto the dress, how difficult can it be for the store to sell the dress again?</p> <p>I had such fond memories of the excellent customer service from all staff members, sadly it is turning to a nightmare, It is a month before my wedding, I do not have a dress to wear or money to purchase a new one. The owner has not responded to my last mail, no comment from the designer for any possible discussion of dress alterations, no feedback from the consultant. I am still in shock, after all the wonderful memories I experienced, it had to come to this, for a customer who settled payment in full on time.</p>
