Do not trust these people, they give a proposal to do a subdivision and probably other work, cleverly structure it to mislead people, only do half of the work in 4 times as long with little to no updates, and then expect more fees to complete the work you thought you had already paid them to do! The fees are also rediculously high for what they actually do, rather take a days leave and go to the council and find out how to do it and save R30k.

Plan your power really saved the day for me after a company called "SolarPro" installed a terrible solar system for me and then just dissappeared. Plan your Power came to the rescue and sorted it out at a fair cost. Even lent me an inverter when mine was struck by lightning. A real pleasure to deal with! Thank Geoff and Juan.

Mercedes-Benz sells vehicles with a steering lock mechanism that suspiciously fails just after hey are out of their warranty. With a little research it become evident that this failure occurs very often with both C and E class vehicles. Some merc specialist workshops receiving between 2 and 6 of these faults to repair per day! So the client is expected to pay for this, and it is one things that we should have to pay for a failure at all, let alone be ripped off for this failure. R11,500 to repair something should never have failed so early. Then R850 for them to do a diagnostics for a fault that should never have happened in the first place, and they will not budge on waiving this cost, which baffles me because I will never support them again so they will lose a lot more revenue by refusing this than the measly R850 that they have made from doing nothing. They should be embarrassed!

In addition, they service received was appalling, this is Merc after all right? No one there to help you when you arrive, just plain rude, staff shouting at other staff in front of customers! Avoid this branch if you can and make a provision for an R11,500 cost for a faulty part on your car which Merc will take no responsibility for!

I have never had such poor service in life before. The inverter I bought (Devel 6kW) stopped working after 6 months of operation. Forced me to pay for repairs. In the meantime I have no power, takes 2 weeks to get it back and they have not bothered to contact me once to update me. I called them daily without them bothering to contact me once! Promised inverted will be fixed and ready for collection, then a new story. Wont even collect the inverter for me because they refuse to just collect a single inverter in a day, so I have to wait another week (without electricity), maybe (if they feel like it) for them to collect the inverter. Really terrible, I would not support these people.
