Had a good customer service for the first time at any insurance company with Musawenkosi Nkosi. He was professional and very explanatory when it comes to the cover. His work ethics got me staying on the phone till the end
I rented a car at Avis OR Tambo International Airport on the 3rd to return it on the 5th and returned it on the 4th of August instead due to a business trip that went well in Swaziland. So there was no need to stay till the 5th. I was with my International partner from the US and his bodyguard. After returning the car, I realized my handbag is missing. I called Avis lost and found and I was advised I shall get a call back soon as they go thru lost and found. Sunday night no call. Monday morning no call. I then called again and I was put thru a manager on duty who assured me he will call me back. That was around 9am. I called twice and left messages until I decided to drive back to Avis. I arrived, was told they didn’t find it. I explained what it looks like cause I knew I left it in the car. One employee said “oh I have seen something like that and I thought it’s a gun bag”. He got and handed it to me. It was a sigh of relief. Upon opening it in front of this kind helpful gentlemen I realized someone invaded my hand bag. Als I tried to pull my passport I realized all the receipts and documents were all inside my passport. Right there I checked and the 500 dollars I had in there was gone. I advised them imeediately. The manager on duty said he will investigate and go thru the CCV footages. I waited for a call till I called back the following week and he assured me he is still busy investigating. Two weeks went by and he called saying he hasn’t found anything but still investigating. He was gonna call back. It is now September 4th 2019 I haven’t heard a word from Avis. I would like to have my dollars back ASAP. It is now a month they been investigating Regards Z Booysen
I would like to give a thumbs up to Mr Jim at the Bistro, he is always so friendly and very welcoming. You would take a self drive knowing he will welcome you. He will present the specials in a way that you will end up ordering. His smile and good customer service got me and my family hooked. I even drive to Kloofzicht for business meetings. My business associates are impressed and they even go with their families or go fo meetings there.
My granny who is 82 bought a defy stove 2 months ago from OK furniture at Chris Hani Mall in Vosloorus and the stove is not functional. She can't bake. The technician who came to assist a month ago made it worse. Now she is been send from pillar to post. OK says the matter is referred to defy and still nobody is assisting her. The service that is given to our elderly citizen is shocking. If the matter is not deal th with, I will take the stove back on Wednesday and demand a full refund.
<p>Its been 3 weeks the Post office has been keeping my package. When i track it, , it shows they been keeping it since 3 weeks ago and this has dented my business cause i have now lost all my customers who have prepaid for their Iosa tea. Can someone please let me know what is going on cause the strike has been long over</p>
