I have had my vodacom number for more than 10yrs and its prepaid , why doesnt Vodacom employ staff that is willing to assist? 17.01.25 i went to Vodacom at Tygervalley i was assisted by a lady with an attitude by the name of Tunika April , I went to change my physical sim card and wanted an eSim , i was told the precedure with attitude and not in a manner that she wanted to assist me.I did security questions which failed me to retrieve the eSim , after having a number for 10yrs with Vodacom i was told that my details are not on their system ,OK no problem but i have my details now , insert them on the system so that i can get the eSim.Oops unfortunately that is not the procedure ,now i need to go to the police station and do an affidavit stating that i am using the number.Whooow Vodacom that their staff an big NO.
It's been over 3 months that my contract has expired I can't seem to cancel it been trying online, even called telkom but no help. When I called last they promised to assist nothing but promises on Telkom side account number 3405104**consultant agreed to assist. I will not be renewing my contract because of bad service.
My Cellphone contract is coming to an end at the end of March , apparently I can't close it because I must still pay outstanding balance of a iPhone of a contract that I paid for and terminated it last year. Telkom wants me to pay for services that is coming to an end..what is worse is that the contract that I have is listed on transunion the one they are talking about is no where to be found on transunion. NEVER TAKE.TELKOM CONTRACT
Purchased items at the beginning of December at Dischem Brackenfell, 1st payment didn't reflect on their side but on my banking App it went through, had to pay again, the payment went through on both parties. Following day I went to Dischem and management acknowledged the problem and promised me the amount will be paid back in 3 - 4 working days. Till today I am still waiting for the refund.
<p>On the 16th February I applied online for a WIFI router special from Telkom of R149,my application was approved and I was informed that I had to wait 7days for delivery which never transpired. I have been calling them daily to ascertain what was the cause of the delay and they kept on telling me that one of of their consultants was busy with my account;I requested an email address for this consultant whom I emailed on Monday 27th February 2017 and to date I never received any response : email address ********** They keep on telling me that they are busy with my order and there is no substantial feedback and they keep on promising to call me back and never do. Hello please.....assist me.</p>
