STAPELBERG PROPERTIES NOT INTERESTED TO HELP A CUSTOMER

Stapelberg property I had a very bad experience with this estate agents , i was interested in a rental in mountain view Pretoria, that they advertised. I called 4 days in a row numerous times i spoke with Jannie he is the rental agent to work through , he kept promising to call me for viewing ,never called , i had to keep calling , i called his company stapelberg property's they said they will speak to Jannie but nothing , i called them again the next day , same thing , they just not interested , not even just to try to make an viewing appointment nothing , ever time i called Jannie he said he is busy with 2 contracts , and that was the same answer he gave 4 days in a row ,I called Stapelberg property and spoke with the manager , she told me if i am not happy i should go to another estate agent for a rental , never experience such bad service in my life
