When I enquired about the vinyls, the company was very eager and quick to respond and assist. I placed my (large) order on 2 June 2020 and paid it in full the same day. I was promised that it would take 6 - 8 weeks for delivery, which was understandable considering the lockdown. Today, on 9 September 2020, it has been more than 3 months later and NO VINYLS! If, and when, I get a reply after many sent e-mails, I receive excuses and empty promises. My vinyls would have been delivered 3x times by now. I am VERY unpleased with the customer service, and VERY disappointed by the way clients are used for their money, without delivering on the products. I went out of my way to support a small business during lockdown, and it sickens me that this is how one gets treated for it. I am in the media industry myself, with many influencial contacts, and this company has chosen the wrong person to SCAM!

I was confronted by one of the personel of Vince's Gym at the Pick 'n Pay around the corner of the gym. They pushed me to take out a contract, even though I refused consistantly. Later that week (June 2015) I went to see Vince, to see what a contract entails. I joined the gym after he told me about all the great benefits of getting free sessions, lessons, classes and a diet program and trainer for 3 months. A few days later I went back to him and asked to cancel my contract, as unforeseen expenses had to be paid. He then said if I cancel, I owe him over R23 000.00 because I had signed a 2 year's contract- but he would be happy to take my credit card for the amount. I got very anxious, because I could not afford to make such a big amount of debt. He then offered me a "better deal" and said he will change the contract to 1 year, and if I still want to cancel I would only owe him R7 800.00. It was a lot cheaper, but it did not include the cancellation fee. I decided to keep paying the R400.00 each month, because I did not want to make more debt. I recently ended my contract (end of February 2017) and NEVER received any of the classes, sessions, free training, diet plans or trainers that he had initially promised. I also paid an additional R150.00 for a gym card I still have not received. In almost a years time I have been to the gym 10 times- 6 times to gym and 4 times to sort out extra money they take off your debit order without you knowing. My agreement to end my contract was to pay a R719.60 cancellation fee (much cheaper???) and I was told they STOPPED my debit order- surprise surprise- 2 days later their debit order went off and they took R400.00 of my account- AFTER IT WAS CANCELLED AND I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH!!!!! I am currently on their case for my money back, but Vince is never there, does not answer my calls and his staff conviniently does not know anything about debit orders...

Per conclusion: Do not trust this man- he is a liar, cheat and he manipulates you into his gym and debt where you don not want to be!
