Alicia Bagley and the Milkwood manor on sea is a total embarassment to Plettenberg.. upon enquring about a cancellation 60 days in advance Alicia advised she cannot discuss it with me on the phone she will email me when her an her ****EN USELESS INCOMPETENT BOSS discuss this. She then responded via email,with her own CROOKED DECISION AND TURNS AROUND AND SAYS I HAVE IT IN WRITTING after not disclosing to me on the phone OR ANSWERINGF MY SIMPLE QUESTION TO HER REGARDING MY RESREVATION-RUDE PIECE OF **** 1 HORSE TOWN IDIOT . I WAS ADVISED THAT THE REFUND VCANNOT BE DONE TODAY AS THE INCOMPETENT NO SHOW STAFF IS NOT IN AT WORK SO I MUST WAIT ON THEM. YOU **** HEADS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND THOSE 4 STARS I AM SURE YOU BOUGHT IT FROM THE ****EN LIKES OF JACOB ZUMA-IMBOSILS AND DEFINATELY NOT THE TOURISM GRADING COUNSIL!!!!!!!!
