Ongoing bad service from Home Connect - they made a billing error on their side resulting in double what they were suppose to debit coming off of my account, after calling and emailing i finally got a response to say it would take 5- 10 days to refund. I have expressed that i cannot wait for that long to receive my money back. I have been told that they only process refunds on Thursdays and will have to wait until then. Understandably i have lost all my patience with them. Home Connect has provided terrible customer service, inconvenienced me and made little effort to rectify their mistake. I was told on a call at 12:21 that someone would get back to me and I still haven't heard anything. I guess ill have to wait for my refund to be processed on Thursday. But its actually a blessing because while iv been waiting for this to be resolved I have had more than enough time to find myself another service provider :)
Sanele was super helpful and patient, he walked me through the online steps and also helped with another query I had. Sanele really was the best person iv ever spoken to at Home Connect!
Natasha De Freitas has been so helpful and friendly. she has given myself and my family excellent service and is the reason I am comfortable using Capital Legacy as i was on the verge of cancelling, but after dealing with Natasha, I am happy to keep my policy. she handled the situation very well.
**DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OTTIMO PRODUCTS!! ** I wish I could rate this a 0 star, we bought ottimo hair clippers from checkers and they do not work at all! What a waste of money! I would try and get hold of ottimo themselves but I cannot find contact details for them anywhere! Absolutely useless!! I will never buy another ottimo product again and will be informing everyone I know not to support them either as this is not the first problem we have had with one of their products!!
