I purchased a fridge online from Hi-Fi Corporation on Friday, 28 November. The fridge was delivered on Sunday, 30 November. Upon opening, I immediately noticed visible defects near the water dispenser. I logged a call for a return and requested a replacement fridge. I was informed that the warehouse would contact me within 24 working hours (effectively 3 days) to arrange collection. This turnaround time is already unreasonable, but to make matters worse, no one has contacted me at all. I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of urgency in resolving this matter. I paid for a new fridge in good condition, and I expect Hi-Fi Corporation to honor that by replacing the defective unit without further delay. A very disappointed customer. Ref No 9000454743
It's my first time at this hospital and I must say it was not what I expected. Maybe my expectations coming from Bedfordview was to high. My niece is booked in for theatre at 12. 26/ 11/15. We arrived at hospital at 10 then at reception they sent us straight to doctors rooms only to get to the rooms and we needed to be booked in by reception. After doing the admission we were told there is no available beds we have to wait. Walking in the hospital I couldn't understand why there was so many people in the waiting area seems they also waiting for beds. Normally hospitals are quiet here its like I'm in a government hospital. It's now 30 mins before surgery and we still waiting for a bed. Unless they will take her straight from reception to theatre. I'm actually lost for words
I am quite disappointed with the vape I purchased yesterday around 12, Elf bar EW9000. It's supposed to be 9000 puffs, however when I woke up this morning it done, I mean I couldn't have finished it in 1 day, what a *******, will never purchase that brand again.
