BRAVO! One would expect vehicle repairs to be a stressful and expensive exercise, but CCV its staff and those of the repair centre they made use of, made it a very pleasant and stress free experience. My vehicle was repaired professionally by professionals, fully paid for by CCV. From fault finding and diagnosis to receiving my car back fully repaird, in less than 2 days!! WELL DONE CCV AND BARKEM SUSPENSIONS!
Paid R16 000 of my hard earned money for a "leather" couch set. paid thousands for a extra extended warranty of 5 years and a year and a bit later when I wanted to claim they quote me almost R4000 to repair. I will go and drop the rest of the set off at their branch in Nelspruit and they will never ever see me or any of my family members or friends ever again. to make it worse I went to the store to report the problem on the couches the one day, they took my detail and I never heard from them. So I went back to ask what was happening and the guy tells me he is not sure I must talk to his manager, who by the way is not available because he is in a meeting. so I told the gent I will wait for him to come out of his meeting. the gent walks to the parking area where the manager is smoking with two of his co workers. The guy comes back and tells me that he really is not available and will not be for some time!!!! I mean really is this how we treat customers. So eventually a couple of weeks later their call centre calls me to get service feedback for when they repaired my goods, I laughed and told her that my stuff has not even been picked up yet and I am still to hear of the branch manager or anyone for that matter. She apologised and arranged pick up that also took weeks but eventually came. The couches have been gone for over a month now and I have not heard anything from them. When they picked it up I waited a week with no call so I decided to give them a call. The guy on the other end sounded very confused and actually told me that they don't know where my couches are. I asked him to please sort out the situation asap and give me a call. Till today I'm still waiting for that call. I decided to call in again today as I am now GATVOL for not getting the treatment I deserve!! I called and the person, not giving me a second to spell my name and keeps on interrupting tells me that she can not assist me because their systems are off line and she will call me back. An hour later she calls me back does not give me a second to say hallo and just starts to bubble and spews out a price of R4000 odd to repair my couches. I asked her why they quoted me because the f-ing things are on a 5 year extended warranty and guess what her reply was... The quote is from the technicians she does not know why they quoted me but that's the amount. I stripped my MOER and asked for a manager or CEO or owner or anyone that can give me answers just to hear that... yes you guessed it... they are all in a meeting and can not talk to me know... Guess what, I don't want your product, I don't want your stinking service and I don't want anything to do with your company!!!! Worst company I have had to deal with!!!!!
